Stop blaming Doordashers for your poor and extremely slow service. Came in for a pickup, you said it wasn't ready but should be out in about 3 minutes. 35 MINUTES LATER before the order came out. This was mid day, the place was not busy.There were no customers inside and only a few outside and about 8 workers behind the the counter. While waiting, only one other delivery came in so I don't understand the wait. As for Dasher blaming for missing items, what do you people think we do with them? We pick up orders, usually in a sealed bag. If the items weren't there, YOU...the restaurant, missed them and did not present it to the Dasher. Yeah, we are supposed to verify the order. but when you are waiting over a half an hour and count the lost wages, your delivery drivers are so excited to be finally free from your place. We get rated for our performance and do our best to please every customer. If you can't handle the negative reviews. stop blaming others and get out of the business.....

hell no the staff is really disrespect full specialy that ugly girl that makes the hooka . and also the hoots lmao she offer me weed because she sales weed on that place like am a crack head . horrible .i call the owner to give her the complaint she dont event speak inglish at all and dont understand . that her restaurant is on jepery saling weed and shitt

Once long ago i ordered a chiken sandwich and all i got was a bunch of leaves in a plate for 45 dollars

I didn't know it was a bar at night, but the people were really polite and explained to me how it works cuz I came with my son and mom, and the food was excellent that is why we went there, to get food. Thanks

Ordered two sandwiches, waited 45 minutes,they came with fries .got home to eat , the sandwich was great but the fries were 100% from McDonald’s -_- if they didn’t have fries they could have just let me know instead I waited 45 minutes for them to run to McDonald’s for my fries they must have got stuck in the drive thru smh bad for business

I ordered a ham for Thanksgiving, my husband picked up the order, when he got home the ham was super cold, I warmed it up when I sat down to eat I took my first bite, I felt a strange taste, I got ready to smell the ham ☹️ What a horror it had a strange smell like coconut and rancid at the same time, it tasted as if it had been made several days before. The worst of all was not that, the worst was my 14-year-old daughter several hours later she started vomiting, the next day I woke up with vomiting and diarrhea, it has been three days since she was like this. I will not buy more from this place

Terrible customer service. Staff is rude .I placed order over phone .I came 20minutes later. They told me 15 minutes order will be ready 15 minutes I paid debit card. Traffic in and out kitchen I waited 45minutes to and hour no food staff looking like I'm crazy I demanded my money back and will be reporting them to healthy department all that traffic on kitchen people from outside

Initially my first thought was $22 for a large pernil lunch is crazy overpriced. I ordered at 11pm and they still had it. New to town and so far the Hispanic restaurants I’ve tried have all failed me . When I tell you this plate fed my toddler , husband and I AND we had leftovers. When I tried those abichuelas I almost cried . Finally some good Spanish food . I’d say the price is fair to the portions and the flavor !! Not stingy with the pernil at all . Had one small piece of fat and the rest was straight up meat

Was super excited to try the food from here until I got it delivered and my drinks were missing. However when I called the lady was extremely rude and mean and then hung up on me. I would never recommend this to anyone just due to the fact of their immaturity
