New China restaurant's food quality has been inconsistent, with some customers reporting overcooked sweet and sour chicken and doughy General Tso chicken. However, the egg rolls have been praised as exceptional, and the won ton soup is loaded with freshly made wontons. The restaurant's lobby could benefit from cleaning and freshening up.
