The North End Tavern was a favorite hangout for locals and some Kings and Wilkes students in the 70s when I was nearly a regular. Great to see the place is still there and with the same name it had back then. I doubt if Frank is still bartending as he was probably in his 60s back then. Great spot to hang out and talk.
