Absolute nightmare. An hour to get food. Missing items on order. Being charged for items for food we didn’t. Not a pleasant experience, will try again in a few months .

Waited for table. And couples came in after us and was seated before us. Young kids at hostess were seating their friends first before customers that were waiting.

My family and I were here in January for our late Christmas celebration. We called ahead and spoke to someone about needing several tables and were told that they could reserve an area with large tables for us. Sadly when we arrived this was not the case. No tables were reserved. We waited over 15 minutes and then were seated in the same area but at several different tables. It was very poorly done.

The coconut shrimp was delicious. The shrimp comes with a marmalade dip that was so tasty I had to get a second one

Will never be going here again!! Steak was burnt, server was super rude. Ordered a unsweetened ice tea with no lemon. She put a lemon in it. Second time after I asked for a return, two lemons were in my drink!!! Very disappointed, make sure you hire servers that know what they are doing!!!!

Service was good. my plate was not.

Food was very good. Dessert was better. Hahaha. Waiter was friendly and informative about different menu items. A bit over our budget but worth it. Took leftovers home to get another meal from it.

Making Birthdays Better.

Eric S. knows how to recognize the fine details while he is working. Yesterday, We visited Outback for my birthday. I was handed a card from my family and tried to keep it inconspicuous. We had a fabulous dinner, and the service was great. We ate so much I planned on no desert. I skipped signing up for the app/birthday since my birthday was that day. Eric came and offered me the free desert on him since he saw me hiding my card when he approached us. What a nice surprise it was to have a server that notices the finer details. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse. ? Thanks, Outback/Eric

Wheelchair accessibility: Roxy was our waitress tonight and the last time we came. She is great very sweet person. We didn’t have to wait for anything she brought us refills before our drinks were empty. Can’t wait to go back we definitely well request to sit in her area every time
