They can keep their drinks made with toilet water.
Ordered food from there and forgot my sandwich and wont own up to not putting it in the bag and blaming doordash when thr bag was sealed.

Their pricing for what you're given, especially if you order a sandwich is EXTREMELY lackluster. The app also seems to glitch out sometimes and change what you ordered, which you'll find out when picking things up, confused believing you're getting somebody else's order.
There are definitely better sandwich and salad places in the immediate area for the price range.

Ordered online, they couldn’t find order, wanted a refund. The manager never told me she was going to refund it to my card. I sat there for an additional ten minutes waiting finally I had to ask to confirm that they did. Terrible customer communication on the manager’s part.

I love Paneras food but the service has always been incredibly slow waiting forever at the drive thru for a small order and then the people aren’t always very friendly and one time my order was not made right and another time they skimp out on ingredients so it’s disappointing knowing I enjoy the food but service sucks.
