First time customer and I will be back. I ordered at 11 am and had it delivered to me less than 40 minutes later. The cauliflower pizza is amazing!!!

This is for the Ashley/Hanover Pizza Bella. They messed up order 3 times. Tried explaining it to the people on the phone, then it still comes wrong. When the 3rd one arrived wrong I was trying to explain it to the delivery driver. As I was he started getting cocky with me then complained about a tip. When it gets delivered all right then you'll get a tip (felt bad for driver till I received attitude from him) so yea now you don't get a tip. Not my problem take it up woth your manager not the customer.

I was a long time customer with pizza Bella in Ashley. I ordered Sicilian pizza like I always get and when I took it home and started eating it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The pizza crust was like as if it was old and cooked over again. The sauce was like tomato paste right out of a can then just put cheese on the top. It was so bad my dog wouldn’t eat it and he eats everything. I called and told the girl and she said I would get a credit the next day . I called 5 days later and the managers Sara said there is no credit. She tried to argue but I didn’t want to get nasty . I can’t believe they have Sara running the business and talking to customers like that . They will never get another penny off of me and I was a good customer.

Start Hiring people that understand Extra sauce on a pizza And Extra crispy, Second Time this happened, what’s going on ? Hire people that understand English.???

Pricing at the Ashley Pizza Bella has gotten ridiculous. I understand pricing has gone up everywhere, but y'all are crazy with your prices. My last visit is my last visit until prices are in line with other similar restaurants. I can feed a family at most other places for what I pay for 1-2 people there.

Absolutely delicious food! Always friendly and fast! They are hands-down the best place to get a pie!

Tried ordering from Jenkins Twp location and they said I wasn’t allowed to order. Never ordered from them before. Horrible service.
