Pizza Hut Express

A bunch of people can't understand or Middle Eastern or something barely can understand English try to get the order they won't they get their order all mixed up you have to repeat it I wouldn't go there unless you have a translator the woman in front she was having a hard time talking to her bosses still play oh and by the way it smelled kind of odd I don't know what that smell was but it sure as heck wasn't pizza and everybody was standing around eating and nobody was doing any work they couldn't accept any coupons or gift cards honor any of them

Less than 10 minutes, brought them back and was told they can’t do anything? I am to feed kids raw burnt food? This place is not a reputable business. It’s a disaster.

We ordered the 7.00 pizza that was advertised on tv. It was a joke. Totally ridiculous

Placed a delivery order online at 5:55pm. Estimated delivery time 6:24pm. Acutal time I got it 8:25pm. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo dish with an order of bread sticks. You could tell the pasta was over cooked it was very dry, and the breadsticks were not fresh either. Then the best part is, when I tried calling the store someone would pick up the phone and you would all of a sudden get the busy signal. I will NOT be going to Pizza Hut or Pizza Hut Express anytime soon or every again.
I even called customer service, at which they were NO help at all. Then I was told someone from upper management would get ahold of me in 2-3 business days to see why I didn't receive my delivery or why i couldn't get through to the store. When all I was trying to do was cancel my order and get my money put back into my account and I would order from somewhere else.
Well I yet to hear from anyone at Pizza Hut!!! I didn't get a refund, and my dinner absolutely was awful and I didn't even eat half of it ?

Ordered pasta bowl and a Pepsi of course the food was undercooked and I never got the Pepsi. The delivery guy said he would be right back and never came back. Called store they don't have a working number.

Horrible pizza ? couldn't understand the person on the phone and he couldn't understand me .....order from dominos on market st ....way better everything !!!!

Ordered at 9:40. Told to arrive at 10:30. Showed up at 11:20 and was cold.

Pizza dough wasn’t baked, cheese was barely melted. We WILL NOT order from this location again.I wish they realized this area likes Pizza Hut, but this pizza was horrible

19.59 for a single large pie plain...... Given the size and quality this seemed outrageous. We have a lot of pizza places around us and $20 large pies is on the way high end. It was confusing enough to check. I saw on the website that a large pie with a topping was 10 dollars and I was just charged 20 for a plain. When I pointed this out, the young lady staff member explained it was because that's only if you order online. I would have really appreciated that information when initially placing the order. That being said, this is a WEIRD business practice. Punish first timers who don't know better and make them pay double. I should have just cancelled, reordered online and refused to pay for a 20 dollar pie but I just didn't have the time. IF I go back I will order online, however, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended.

I ordered from them over the weekend and the people were nice but the food was undercooked and everyone in my house didn’t eat it. I ate the cheesy Alfredo pasta and within 5 minutes I got extremely sick (food poisoning) and was sick for over 24 hours and counting. I will not be eating there again and still feel terrible.

The pizza and the pasta was dry, cheese burnt and barely any sauce on either. Also have your family congregate somewhere else other than the lobby instead of taking up limited space while customers are trying to pick up their food

Horrible! I ordered a deep dish cheese pizza., not a burnt black cheese pizza. It went in the garbage...will not return and neither will my family or friends. Amazing to think the person who made it would actually box this up for a customer...poor standards.

I order online and it was saying they are sold out of breadsticks they it was a 2 hrs befor I got my pizza when I got there i saw they had breadsticks I order them explain to them that on the website it was sold out and he’s told me they only put so many to sell online. I waiting almost 20 min for breadsticks and all I was there ppl ordering online. NOW they taste of everything was nasty it was not Pizza Hut at all it was a regular pizza my pizza was dry no sauce at all it was over cooked and then the breadsticks was not Pizza Hut it was just bread I had no taste at all I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THERE

Well, I know they new, but it was way overcooked. And although I'm sure it's not their fault, but it was bland. It definitely does NOT have the same taste as a regular, non-express PH.
