Love Red Leaf. Hate living 45 minutes away. Literally life-changing salads that I haven't stopped thinking about 😭 Large, filling salad that lasted three meals and tasted just as fresh the next day. Pleeease open one in Berwick, Bloomsburg (/Buckhorn), or even Hazleton! 🙏🏻🥹💗
This is our 4th time at Red Leaf and for the most part their salads and grain bowls are great. I would agree with another review that said the dressing amount is not always consistent. On my last visit my salad hardly had any dressing but I didn't realize it till I got home and it was too late. The dressing really does make the salad. However my review is mainly about their soups. We went on the 20% off day and asked four staff members if the soup was included in the 20% off all four said yes. I was informed later that two of the people were managers. Anyway when I got to the register I paid and it wasn't until I got home that I realized they did not take 20% off the soups. The soups are very expensive and so we would not have tried them if they didn't get the discount. So I called the manager left a message and they did call me back promptly so that was very good. However they were just going to give me one cup of soup to replace the two bowls that we paid for. They said they don't do refunds. They could not give an explanation on why four staff members including two managers all said that 20% should have come off the soup. They said the coupon is always just for grain bowls and salads. So now I know. So we ate the soup the next day and we were disappointed in both of them. The roasted red pepper was extremely hot and spicy. Beyond what a normal hot spicy soup would be. Also there was no description of the soup in store or on the app to let customers know of the extreme heat. The other soup we ordered was chicken curry. Again it was basically chicken broth with some seasonings. There was almost no chicken and any chicken that was in there was literally like a shredded sliver. Definitely not worth $6 for a bowl. So I called the manager again and just explained now how disappointed I was in the quality of the soup and again asked for a refund rather than a bowl to replace it. So instead of giving us a different cup of soup they did agree to replace these two soups with two bowls of soup of our choice but we had to come that day. Well there was only roasted red pepper which we wouldn't get again obviously, hearty vegetable, chicken vegetable, and chicken Florentine. So we tried the chicken vegetable and chicken Florentine only again to be disappointed by the lack of substance. Again very little chicken and it's mostly broth. And the broth to be honest not too impressive. So my review is if you go to check out Red Leaf stick with the salads and grain bowls, stay away from the soups they're overpriced and disappointing. In addition customer service could be a little bit better in regard to doing a simple refund. That would have been a better resolution for us rather than giving us two more bowls of disappointing soup. As far as the day we visited it was extremely busy cuz it was the coupon day and all of the workers definitely had gloves on and kept the line moving. They were efficient but not many people smiled nor were friendly. So I couldn't give Red Leaf more than three stars for all these reasons.

I would’ve never tried this place until one day, someone gave me a gift card. I’m glad they did because this is the most awesome salad I’ve ever had in my life. I usually get my salad from subways but this is absolutely 10 times better.
Great salads and so wonderfully helpful and accommodating for my little one who has unique soy and dairy allergies.

Amazing salads. Ask kind of choices, giant glass counter to make your own salad. Wonderful selection of soups and drinks and all kinds of selection for the salads.

Absolutely love their salads, but taking a few stars off because music is way too loud, making it hard to hear in a building that already has an echo.

Disrespectful staff. The guy chopping was ringing up customers with the same dirty hands, he was working with the salad with. Please don’t come here unless you want food poisoning.
Saiad is delicious.. great selection and lineoves quickly during rush food hours!
Highly recommend
So good! Definitely going to be going again. Delish and very filling.

Ordered with dressing mixed in . It was not ! And the salad just isn't the same!
Arrived at the wilkes barre location with no other patrons in the line and placed an order for one bowl which was then brought to the chopping area , as I continued to stand in the line to place another bowl order the associates took 3 other orders prior to asking if there was anything else I wanted. Once they took my 2nd bowl order it was now 6 other bowls served before I received my food.
The ordering system is quite terrible or the associates discriminate. Last time I will support this place.
The best great tasting healthy option anywhere, hands down!

Red Leaf is great - the owner is wonderful and so kind. Got the southwest salad and it was delicious, and a large portion. Highly recommend supporting this small business for all your salad needs! Will definitely be back when I'm in the Wilkes-Barre area! :)

This was my first visit, and the staff was excellent. The salad was customizable and delicious, with everything tasting incredibly fresh. The chicken pot pie soup was outstanding too. I’d definitely be a regular if I lived nearby.
