This has always been one of my favorite restaurants. But in the last year or year and a 1/2 you have taken off many of my favorite dishes, including the alfredo with crab, the all you can eat shrimp, the have it your way shrimp, and I can't recall right now, but there was another one that I was very disappointed to see go. Your service is always great. The atmosphere is great. The food is always good quality. I just miss those the menu items. My server's name was Bonnie, who is always very pleasant. And does an amazing job of taking care of me? Also, Mariah, who I believe is a manager, is also very pleasant. I don't think i've met anyone unpleasant there, but those two really stand out.

Never received silverware, waitress was not pleasant. Just learned they changed the menu. No longer receive salads with the meals and the only combination platters you can choose from are an Ultimate Feast at 40 some dollars. Food was sub par as well. Only thing goid was the mixed drink I got.

We haven't been to a Red Lobster since we lived in Syracuse, NY, 5 years ago and it was not good at all. We decided to try it again today at the Wilkes Barre location since we live close now. We were hopeful due to the changes that have been made since the new CEO took over. We were seated quickly and our waitress, Sue came over quickly as well with biscuits which were a little dry, didn't they used to put garlic butter on top? They were still yummy. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, it was dragon shrimp and it was delicious. We then ordered our main meal. I got Walts shrimp, my daughter got Coconut Shrimp and the hubby got the Seafood boil. ALL of it was delicious. It took a little while to get our food but I have no complaints, it was well worth it! Our waitress, Sue was on point! She was right there with drinks when we needed them and she was so nice! When we were walking to our car, 2 different cars pulling into the parking lot drove over the curb on the way in. It sounded like damage could have been done to the vehicles. Just be careful if you pull in because the curb is long and goes into the parking lot a bit longer than maybe it should. Bill was 106.00. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great meal!
