We love Red Robin. The food has always been very good. We never have a problem with the service. Everyone is always very friendly. Fast service.

We had a very nice server. I don’t blame her at all for the experience we had. Apparently the prices have gone up twice, so the price on the menu are incorrect. What was supposed to be a $60 meal, turned out to be $86 with a $5 tip to the waitress. I mean the food is basic. Nothing special but not horrible. So I’m not sure why the prices are t the same… Our table was dirty and sticky and the menus had crumbs all over it. Doesn’t seem like they clean very much in between customers, which is gross. I personally wouldn’t go back because of those prices mainly.

I placed an order for pickup at around 6:20, my time for the order to be ready was 6:50 and I waited until 7:10. The lady told me at 7:05 that they forgot to make my food that I placed an order for 50 minutes ago. She then returned with my food that magically got cooked in one minute and then forgot my milkshake

It was my first time dining at Red Robin. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service and the food prep. I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ burger. It was cooked to perfection.
I would 100% recommend Red Robin in Wilkes-Barre, PA for good food dining.
(I thought it was a bit odd that the drinks were on a separate menu)
Oh yeah, it was my daughters 21st birthday, so they do that too...

I made an order that contained a Scorpion and a BBq Whiskey burger and I ordered both with sweet potato fries and spent 7 dollars more on the potatoes and that came with French fries. They stole 7 dollars from me and I didn't receive my order well

One of the best locations to go to for a good gourmet burger, especially the amazing sides they offer with their burgers. The staff is very friendly and family oriented so definitely a nice place to bring the kiddos.

Haven't been to a Red Robin in a while. I remember the burger being twice as thick as it is today. Still tasty, though. Waitress was a little forgetful and there was squished food on the floor where I was seated.
