The food was ok had the Tbone steak. I had better. The place was very nice and peaceful. The service was lacking. Could not find our waiter everything we needed something. Never checked back after we got our food and very hard to order desert.Vegetarian options: Just had the sides for an option.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get a wheelchair in.

Food was delicious as always. We were seated in a small crowded room. Very loud. Birthday dinner for 2... could hardly hear each other. Next time will request a quieter section of the restaurant

Our service provider Daniel was excellent. The only issue we had was my desert came out really slow, but Daniel took care of it by removing it from our bill. Other than that everything was perfect.

For years we have dinned at Ruth's Chris, and it was always amazing. But since about a year or a year and a half ago, both service and food have gone down in quality. Wait times for food are a lot longer than they used to. We noticed during at least 3 of our last visits our waiter was very hard to find. This past weekend we went to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Steak was great as usual, but crab cakes were disappointing, I was expecting a great crab cake and got a just ok one. The most disappointing part was the martini. Our all time favorite has been the blackberry martini, we send it back once because it was way to citrus and then the second one was a bit better but not as good as they usually are. So we paid premium price for a subpar martini and average crab cakes. I suggest they send someone to try the crab cakes at any Capitol Grille, and that's what you should aim for. With the martinis, bring back your previous bar tender. Even the crème brûlée didn't have the crust that you could crack... not sure what is going on. We honestly had a way better meal and drinks Kevin's the next day for way less. Also the Irem Club has great food and drinks. I think we will stick to our local places because Ruth's seems to be heading the wrong way.

Yes it can get a little expensive but the food and service is excellent. Reserve a booth in the bar area, the atmosphere is great and they had a 3 piece jazz band on a Saturday night.

One of my favorite Ruth Chris’s I’ve been to and I’ve been to probably 25 different ones through out the country. I always request to have michael as our waiter but honestly they are all really good. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience
