Food was good. The strawberry limeade is definitely my favorite thing here. The soft pretzels are fantastic as well. Fried and tastes similar to funnel cakes. My spend is enough food for 2 meals and a snack.

My daughter wanted the "cotton candy" slushy she saw on TikTok. I ordered it, and the staff said she didn't know what I was talking about. So, I showed the screenshot to the worker after she asked if we saw it on TikTok. She said, "No problem, I got you." Thank you to that worker. My daughter was very happy and said it tasted like cotton candy. This employee went above and beyond to go out of her way to take the time to look at the ingredients to make the slushy.

So glad the Sonic in W-B reopened. I had the most delicious root beer slushes 3 days in a row. Serena took care of my orders in the most professional and friendly manner. After I asked, Serena gave me her recyclable fall decorations to feed outdoor wildlife. Serena not only met and exceeded my food and beverage expectations but also recycled. I certainly will be passing other fast food chains and stop at this Sonic when I am in the W-B area.

Horrible service! Pulled into the drive In spot, hit the button and placed my order. Waited almost 35 minutes for our food, the staff lady told everyone that pulled in after us they were not taking drive in orders only drive thru. Never said anything to us, I assumed since we ordered we were okay. After awhile and witnessing employees fighting with each other and no food brought out I got in the drive thru line. They could not find my order and reprinted my slip.. then eventually handed me a bag of food at this point I wanted to get back on the road to drive home so I just left. Was definitely given food that sat on the counter that entire time and no one brought it out. Absolutely disgusting. And I have reached out to the restaurant about this issue as well. I don’t recommend this location at all.

went through the drive thru and spent twenty minutes waiting for two milkshakes. the employees were messing around inside, cursing, and doing things you don’t expect people to be doing that are handling food. They argued with eachother over which shift does more just a whole lot of negativity. when i got the milkshake it was disgusting. literally sour. went back and asked for a refund but the lady just made another one. it was still disgusting but was obvious she wasn’t going to give me my money back so i left. very ghetto do not recommend. 14 dollars for two disgusting milkshakes .NOT WORTH IT!

Normally I don’t complain much unless I’m given an issue the past 3 times I’ve been here the first time I waited at the drive up order station no answers not serving the stations did the drive through food was good no signs for the drive ups though. 2nd time 1 car in front of me did the drive through food was good wait time was pretty rough 10/15 minutes after the order with only one care in front of me no one else in the lot. Today I went to place an order did the drive up got an answer within 30 seconds voice was very very dim thought it was the drive through they said hello again very rudely. I asked if they had the $1.99 specials still going on she had me repeat I repeated it. Then she said “the who” I said the same thing again no answer for 3 minutes went to the drive through. Pretty sure it was the same girl. I pulled up the menu on my phone ordered 2 grilled cheese burgers she had me repeat took her 3-4 minutes to get it up on the screen then asked if I wanted anything else said the chili cheese coney then had me repeat it then after not answering me or moving on with the order paused for 10 seconds she was like you said the chili cheese coney at that point I was beyond frustrated and pulled out of the drive through the car behind me left with 10 seconds in the drive through while I was at the stop sign by the mall. Very poor service very rude employees. Verbally can’t speak straight. Place seems like it’s ran by ghetto people who don’t know what they’re doing. I understand if someone is new having small issues and getting help but either they aren’t getting trained right or helped at all or just have really shitty job ethics. I don’t see myself going back here for awhile and if I do I’ll try an online order and post a review if that goes well if not my service at this location is done. Miss how it was before it was closed down for awhile then re opened mall owners rent costed it to food the first time this time it might just be the service on why no one is ever really ordering there which is totally understandable. Would love to see the location succeed I do usually enjoy the food and prices despite the amount of competition all around them.

Horrendous service!

I ordered ahead through the mobile app, and I foolishly waited an hour for my food to be brought out to my car. Cars in the drive through and cars at the boards all received their order before me, and when the miserable employee brought my food out, it was cold. I wasted my lunch break for cold food.

Customer service is useless, too. I contacted corporate about my order and was promised a refund. Nearly a month later and I don’t have it. I contacted customer service numerous times and each time they promise the refund has been issued. I check my online banking daily and still no refund. Hopefully, my bank will allow me to dispute the transaction.

Sonic has failed at both the store and corporate levels. I like their food but this experience has turned me off entirely. Sonic is cheap and you get what you pay for: cold food and lousy customer service.

Waited at the menu boards & was told they aren’t serving with the boards. No signs or any indication of this. Went through the drive through and the woman was incredibly rude. She had an attitude and yelled at us when we tried answering the questions about the meals. They also forgot the fries in one of our meals, and crammed all the food (3 combos) into 1 small bag that they barely fit in.

I went to this Sonic today and no one answered at the drive thru we sat there for almost 10 minutes waiting. We eventually just drove up to the window to ask for service. Every time I've ever gone to this Sonic it has taken forever.
