I’m so heartbroken the pineapple Paradise drink is discontinued 😭😭😭😭 please bring it back!
But the pink is will always be my fave

My mom Sophie, I and my service dog puppy My-A which means My Angel have visited many Starbucks across the Philadelphia region, and this Starbucks is one of my many favorite Starbucks locations. I hope every employee at this location gets a pay raise!

Walked into Starbucks - they wouldn’t serve me. Drive thru only. 🤯 How incompetent are the people working there??? I’m here in front of you with cash in hand, coffee is between us. ????

Just left after waiting 15 minutes in the drive-through for my latte. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait a very long time for my drink. I don’t have time to come to this place.

This Starbucks is so slow and the employees are the rudest in the whole town. I’ll get my 7$ small latte that is always prepared wrong anyway from somewhere else from now on.

I ordered 3 cups of coffee. This is the second time they have been out of a cup carrier but good thing that I had an experience from the first time so I have my own carrier in my car lol

About as organized as a hoarders house. About as professional as a political debate.

Waited over 30 minutes for a simple coffee. 2 people on a Saturday in the most populated part of wilkesbarre is criminal and cheap. HIRE MORE PEOPLE and give them a raise for doing 2 jobs. Ridiculous .

The staff here are above average! They are kind and helpful. Twice my daughter and I had no where to go (traveling and waiting on hotel rooms to be ready) and the staff didn't mind us sitting there for over 2 hours at one point. We did order drinks, but we never felt that we needed to leave or be in a hurry, we never felt judged for just being there.

Staff indifferent to the customer and their order. I waited several minutes before one of the non-busy teammates asked me if I was coming to pick up an order in the car while I was in front of the counter inside! I give my cup to be refilled and the barista gives me a hot disposable cup with no protection and dripping coffee on the side saying: you have your cup!!! In short, not professional or eco-friendly. borderline unpleasant! I do not recommend

The food was great, but the service and parking lot are a disaster. Staff was extremely unfriendly. And entering the parking lot is a DISASTER with the space and potholes. Make it one way in and have customers go around the building to park.

This Starbucks was right across the street from my hotel. It was easy to get in and out and on the road quickly. Employees were friendly and got my order just right.
