I was there today at 6 pm and the lady didn’t ask me if I wanted to use my points used them anyway she made my food all wrong n was bad customer service

Went there for a sub at 7:30pm on Sunday and the store was closed.. They employees opened the door and said they closed at 7pm when the sign on the door and Google said open until 8pm. Another person came up and said they actually closed at 6pm. Calling subway corporate to complain and inform them of the "supposed" hour changes that are not posted anywhere.. I hope the employees or franchise owner likes this review and gets penalized from corporate.

They have the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from any subway so fresh and they definitely make they foot longs thick!!!!!! They are always so nice and polite I live near a subway but still drive 20 mins when I want a sandwich lol enough

Arrived at this subway at 5:25pm on a Sunday when they close at 6. Got to the register and the girl working says "this is to go right?"...we say oh no we are going to eat here. She tells us we can't because she has to clean up. We say we will be quick, she says no you can't I close at 6. We are like we will def be done by 6, but she tells us she has to lock the door and start mopping now. Then more people come in and she doesn't tell them they also can't stay until I let them know when they go to grab a table. She was obviously just trying to close early and was very rude about it.

Ignorant staff after you order they try to charge you extra despite the sign clearing saying price!
They don't pay attention, they rush, make mistakes and then try to blame you for it WASTE of money plenty of better options than this place!

food was good, but the worker was talking on the phone with an airpod in while taking multiple orders at once, and we had to keep repeating ourselves for our toppings.
