I haven’t eaten onions in years. We don’t like them. Ordering online glitched and added onions somehow to our hoagie. I tried to get it remade and they treated me horribly like I was stupid and denied my simple request because they would be “short”… so much for customer service. Absolutely horrible. Spent 20 minutes ordering and like I said we would never get onions. Horrible people.

Tried to cancel my order because it was sent to the wrong restaurant in the app by accident, I called the restaurant like the app says, when they answered the guy told me he can’t cancel it and then hung up on me. Tried calling back a dozen times and they never picked up. Never ordering Subway again.

When we went inside to order, I saw that the container of lettace was almost out. It was filled with complelty brown and slimy lettace. I asked if they had any more since what they had out and put on a customers sub before us, was clearly old. The employee went and grabbed a new bag and poured it right on top of the old slimy lettace. I will never go back to this subway. If they do this to the food while customers are looking, I can't imagine what they do when they arnt. Absolutly disgusting.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered online after work so I can quickly grab and go like normal. Got home to eat and there totally opposite. One has the toppings that the other one was supposed to have. Switched the breads so they were opposite. Ridiculous. All the ingredients are in front of you on the reciept? It’s not close from home so I decided to call and see if I can just get a refund because it’s now 8 and I don’t even wanna drive back. Called 3 times straight to voicemail. 3 workers there but nobody wants to answer the damn phone? No choice but to drive now. Get there and he wants to look at my sandwiches because I’m a liar. Ok so he looks and says nope they’re right. Look at the reciept I said. He needed the 2 girls to be there to help. Then realized they were wrong. Said so sorry and made new ones so I appreciate that. But just ridiculous and a waste of time. I’d rather go the 2 minute drive and find the next subway.

Every single time!!!!!! Horrible sandwich, horrible service, no worker knows how to read an order! You charge more and get so much less that I wouldn't call it a food item! Shame on me for ever loving it! Never again!

Worst subway in our area. The dude behind the counter couldn’t differentiate between salami and baloney and told me he’s going to put both on and I can take him off at home. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

terrible, took 15 minutes in the drive through to receive 2 footlongs, in which neither of the sandwiches were made correctly. When i finally did receive my sandwiches, the bag he gave me was broken, and one of the sandwiches fell out.

During a recent visit to Subway at 2230 San Souci Highway Hanover Pa 18706, I encountered an unsatisfactory experience with one of the employees. Upon placing my order for the Turkey Bacon Avocado Wrap, which is a listed menu item, I politely requested a small amount of additional peppercorn ranch dressing. The employee informed me that this was not possible, citing that the wrap already contained mayonnaise.In an attempt to clarify the situation, I respectfully referred to the menu description, which clearly listed peppercorn ranch as an ingredient in the wrap.Once I paid, I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for avacodo as that was one of the ingredients a I read to her from the menu board. Despite this, the employee insisted on charging me an additional $1.50 for the avocado, claiming that it was not displayed on her screen. Avacoda is in the name.After a prolonged and unproductive exchange, the employee escalated the matter to her boss. The boss ultimately resolved the issue by providing me with a $1.50 cash refund. However, the employee's behavior was discourteous, as she slammed the window shut in an unprofessional manner.This incident left me feeling disrespected and disappointed with the level of customer service I received. While I understand that mistakes can occur, the employee's unwillingness to listen and her confrontational attitude were unacceptable, particularly for an established food service business.
