Ordered online so that I could pick it up due to the fact that I didn’t want to be late picking my granddaughter up in Kingston, PAI ordered 45 minutes before pick up. My pick up time was 5:30pm. I got there, hit the button on the APP that I was there. I was there a few minutes early, about 5 minutes.It read READY on my APP and said they would bring it out in a few minutes. I waited until 5:35p and no one coming. So I ran in to pick it up because I was on a time schedule (did not want to be late). Walked in and said I’m here to pick my order up; the young man said it is not ready and was waiting on a woman who just walked in????Wasn’t my order FIRST before her 45 minutes ago??? Then he proceeded to make them and I saw the young lady wrapping it and I asked if there was lettuce on it; she said it wasn’t listed; I showed her my order IT WAS LISTED!It will be the last time I go there and I will be sure to spread the word.

Got philly cheesesteak. How the heck do u put raw peppers n onions on a philly cheesesteak. Terrible

went through the drive through and ordered a chicken bacon ranch and they gave the wrong kind of chicken when i told them witch chicken i wanted and they didnt even listen
Order from this location most of the time. Rarely have had issues but once. Like that they have drive thru so I do not have to exit my vehicle ?

I always go to this location through the drive thru. The staffing has changed from a team that was great to a team that is inadequate. There was 1 employee that was making sandwiches. She stopped making our sandwiches to make one for a fellow employee. When I got home, one sandwich was literally just chicken and sauce - she totally omitted the bacon (which was paid for) and the cheese! Terrible service and terrible quality.

I ordered a Veggie patty foot long with green peppers, banana peppers and Chipotle ranch. When my daughter opened it there no Veggie patty just vegetables. I said twice while at the drive through speaker I wanted a veggie patty sandwich. I won't go there again and I'm going to call there to complain.
