The experience was pleasant, the employees were nice, there was plenty of seating, my order was done quickly and efficiently, and the rewards program got me a lot of good deals on meals. The kiosk was a little difficult to deal with so I just scanned my receipts on the app to get my points.
I used to go for lunch almost daily. The staff was great and they were always so polite. Recently I've noticed food quality was going down hill. Something seemed off about that place over the past month or two. Tried to go last week and they were closed. Looks like they are closed for good now. Just very abrupt. Hopefully the employees all get good gigs elsewhere. To all of you that worked there, the guy with the black X5 says thanks for the lunches. Good luck.
Instead of issuing a number to each individual order, they call out the orderer's name, which caused some confusion. I was given someone else's food by mistake because I had the same name as another person who had ordered. The atmosphere was very cramped in both the seating area and in the bathroom.
