Dumbest experience I've ever had with fast food. They messed up my food, told me I could get a refund, made me go all the way back and lied to me about needing to have my receipt. Liz and some other blonde are too stupid too work there and something should be done.

First time in this restaurant. It's pretty new and as I was passing it, my stomach took control of the car. I like Taco Bell to start with and my usual haunt was TB in Pittston. The place is super new, in and out. They have kiosks to order which I prefer. They gave me a cup as soon as they heard my order pop which tended to be hit/miss in Pittston. I barely sat down after filling my drink and my food was done. I mean, like, MINUTES. When I picked up the tray, it was like it was loaded with bricks. I did get extra meat in the one and extra cheese in the two sides but damn, they made sure I didn't eat for a few days! The food was delicious! I left full, the staff was SUPER friendly, polite, and fast. Like, lightspeed³ fast! Keep up the excellent service folks! ?Parking: Unless they start hosting entire football teams, you will have no trouble parking.

Mostly never right. Have had good and extremely bad. The extremely bad was a burrito that was spit a huge hock a lougy right smack dab in the middle. If it is right it's abhorrently skimpy.Sucks this is the closest one to me. If you want.Taco bell right u have to go to the one in the Back mountain which is kind of far. All the other ones Kingston, Carey ave and Kidder St are scams.

Mt Dew Baja Blast is like pool chemicals for the last 3 visits in 3 months. I told them about it twice and they didn't do anything.
Huge waits. Employees are not concerned with customers waiting. They would barely acknowledge me when we had issues using the self service order kiosk. Spent 23 minutes of a half hour lunch break just waiting for food. I would have been better off hoping the counter and making my own food. I think there was even someone’s friend just hanging out in the cook area. We won’t be back here again.

The manager was horrible I told her that my food was cold she came to through the window with gloves and touched my food and then didn’t to feel was it warm then didn’t wanna replace it after she touched it with her hands through the window. Her manners was disgusting and very nasty all because I wanted warmer food. They acted like a bunch of thugs.

Almost always fresh! Drive thru staff are so friendly & nice! There's no better fast food place, then taco bell!Parking: There are 3 ways to get into the parking lot. Be careful because one of the ways leads you to the drive thru the wrong way so make sure you turn into the right after turning into the parking lot across from turkey hill.
