Upon arrival staff was kind and greeted us immediately, hosted brought us to the table with no bread which I saw on the cooler top. Waitress came and took drink order and appetizers as well. Drinks come to the table waitress take food order, wife’s chilli comes out, then kids entree, the famous blooming onion ordered prior to food is nowhere to be found…… food arrived in a timely manner. My 14oz ribeye was probably about half fat and grizzle, kids food was good and so was wife’s.This place seems to be getting exponentially worse. We’ve dined in about 4,000 times and this will be the end of the line.

Before the last time at Texas Roadhouse I would say the food was great. For the 1st time I picked out my steak but what I got wasn't what I ordered. Being tired from traveling for 10 hours I just wasn't going to argue. It was the worst strip steak I have ever had.

This restaurant is amazing! It's definitely great coming here for lunch and dinner. The 8-ounce Shirlon steak with the grilled shrimp is an amazing dish to have.Parking: The number of parking spots there was was an acceptable amount. Unlike some places, it wouldn't take more than a minute to find a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: The Kid-friendliness this place has is perfect. It wasn't very adult-like nor very childish. Great to take families to.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very accessible for handicapped citizens. There aren't any stairs which helps with the wheelchairs, and it doesn't take long to get to the tables from the entrance.

I asked for a medium steak but got a medium well one. Perhaps because they had to cook a new one for my granddaughter and mine was sitting in the warmer. The seasoning was good and so were the mashed potatoes ?The waiter kept checking on us which was very much appreciated.
We love the chicken salads at TR. I know, I know, it's a steak place but the ranch is spectacular, honestly I'd make a cup of the ranch work, I would suspect that you could put it on anything. And TBH we learned how to make amazing steaks at home, and I wouldn't go out for a steak...but that chicken salad. Mmmmm.The thing that really stands out about TR (and a lot, not all, of their locations) is the culture. The training is so effective and the way they get their folks to buy in is amazing. I want to hire them as trainers for my employees.We stopped at this location during our anniversary roadtrip to Maine and it felt just like the location that we go to at home. Great job TR!

Took an hour and a half to get my food, and then my salad was disgusting. Didnt even finish it. My husband liked his food. They comped me for the appetizer for the long wait. I was just really disappointed that i waited so long for something i didnt like.

Parking: My plate can out sloppy like they slap the food on the plate cold an then put in the microwave. There was gravey all around the plate beef tips was ki d of hard not chewable mash potatoes not enough butter.

Sat at the bar with buddy, Bartender was really super good and prompt with service. Got the cheese fries with bacon, delicious, also got these bites that where like mozzarella balls with a zesty sauce, also very good. I got The Rib Eye for my lunch, no impressed (I'm picky I like some grit on my rib eye, this had virtually none, cooked perfect and was tender though). My buddy got the 12oz Prime rib, nice guy, let me try some. Holy hell that was incredible, Be getting one of those for sure on the next visit. Overall, good experience, good food!
