Guys, you've got to get rid of Lilly. She's an awful server. There was a problem with our order, that we waited an hour for. And she never came back until I asked for another waitress to let her know we'd like to see her after waiting 25 minutes for her. All of the other servers and staff were great. I expressed our feelings about the terrible service from Lilly and was told "sorry." Obviously she's a problem child.I didn't like what I ordered, but that wasn't their fault. Just not what I expected. The breakfast burrito was just a little much.

It's called Scratch Kitchen for a reason. Everything is from scratch. I ordered all the breakfast meats and enjoyed every one of them. I definitely recommend the pork belly bacon steak. Also the scrapple with sunny side up eggs on top.

Was very excited to try this spot and it unfortunately did not live up to the hype. The Cooper sticks were yummy but two of our three sticks had busted and oozed out before hitting our plate. The short rib omelet was dry and needing salt - definitely bummed since short ribs are tender and moist. Waitress was attentive but kept forgetting I had tea not coffee and never returned to fill my cup. Overall, an okay spot. I'd be willing to try again for another option.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids around and about on weekends

We sat in the back/side dining room and it was very cold. Hostess was not friendly. Seemed bothered to be seating us. Our waitress was very friendly, but once she brought our food, she never came back until she brought the check. Did not offer to refill the coffee or even check on how the food was. I had eggs, toast, bacon and hash browns. Pretty standard diner food. Hash browns were cold and disappointing. We love going out for breakfast and were really excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

The food was amazingly good. Best cream chipped beef I’ve ever had! And the menu is hilarious! Our waitress was very friendly, very attentive! Was a little cold in the back room, but that’s my only VERY MINOR misgiving, and we will definitely, absolutely, without a doubt be back!

I couldn’t finish eating my food. If I had tried, I’m afraid I wouldn’t have made it back to DC. The Cinnabon French Toast was amazing, not sure I can have French toast any other way now. Ample serving sizes, friendly servers.Next time we’re in town, we will be back.

Good food but you shouldnt have to eat with your coat on every time theire. Hey Mike fix the damm heat!!!!

The back room of the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, requiring me to wear my coat and gloves. Unfortunately, the service was slow, taking two hours for just two sandwiches. we didn't get any silverware. The overall atmosphere was lacking, and though the food was okay, it didn't compensate for the overall experience. Disappointing, especially considering the appealing presentation of the dishes.
