The food and service have definitely declined over the years. My friend had gotten the nachos. They arrived without salsa, sour cream and jalapeños. She asked twice, but they were never brought to the table. The pork was very dry. I ordered gluten-free items off the menu and informed my server. My plate arrived with bread on it. The manager came with a new one, but I ended up getting sick which meant they only removed the bread and did not remake the meal. The waiter did not ask if we wanted drink refills. Won’t be back.
My family and I decided to try something different this past Wednesday evening for supper so we decided to go to Smokey bones. The restaurant facility is nice. The waitress was nice and pleasant. The food was not that good for a bbq house. We got an order of 6 wings to split and try. The wings were way overcooked and hard. Difficult to even pull off the bone. My wife thought they had a weird taste as well. I got a 1/2 rack of ribs and again were overcooked or were in a pan way too long to be served. The outer layer was hard. The taste was okay. The Mac and cheese had no taste what so ever. It seemed precooked with a layer of cheese melted on top. The fries were good. My wife and daughter both got the pulled pork sandwich. They said they were okay. A little dry. So all in all not impressed with the food which is the whole point of going to the establishment. So, can’t recommend.
Disappointed. We were there years ago and decided to go for my birthday. We thought they were closed when we arrived so cars. Now I know why. The floors were very sticky and dirty. Bathroom stank so badly. Needs a deep clean for sure. I got th4 puller pork platter. Pork was ok. Garlic bread was stale. Fries were so salty I couldn't eat them and do not get the roasted corn! Nasty! I am not a picky eater. But ?! Drinks way over priced. I can get a margarita at Longhorne for $6.50. They wanted $13!!! Crazy. We won't be back. Sadly it used to be very good.
We ordered the 1/3 slab of St. Louis ribs with sides of baked beans with coleslaw and baked potato with coleslaw. The ribs were tasty but overcooked and dry. The addition of one of 4 sauces did little to soften the meat. The baked potato was hard. The beans and slaw were....beans and slaw. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Maybe because it was Monday night things seemed to be reheated from Sunday.
The food was great and our server was excellent! When we needed drinks she was right there with them. She asked if we needed anything. And she basically the only waitress in the restaurant!
11 of us went here for a Saturday dinner. Ashley was our server and nicely keeping track of our wants and needs. The food was very good and most of us had never been inside a Smokey Bones restaurant.
These service was good. Our server was very attentive. Ordered the St. Louis Baby back ribs with jalapeño cheddar sausage and 2 sides. The ribs fell off the bone, the sausage had good heat from the jalapeño. Would definitely recommend it and I would order it again.
First they forgot my fries, then I paid for extra celery sticks and they only gave me 5, Then my wings were RAWWW!! terrible. never got raw wings from a restaurant/take-out spot.
I had lunch here on 02/23/23. We were there at 11:05am and were the first customers of the day. The first warning sign that this place is not being managed properly was the large amount of bird crap on the benches outside the restaurant. The second sign was the fact that the men's room wreaked of urine. This was obviously from a lack of proper cleaning. The third tip was the VERY visible mess on the toilet seat. I asked to see the manager and I asked him to accompany me to inspect the men's room and I pointed out the stench and the toilet seat. He never even came close to looking at the toilet seat and as for the stench, he said "I'll put more cakes in the urinals, that will cover up the smell". He had no intention of making the place cleaner. I will not be back.
We loved our waiter Jared. He made great suggestions being our first time there. Everything was delicious. We will visit again!

Serenity was outstanding. A wonderful top notch server. I’ll ask for her next time service was outstanding food was great’s
Jarrett was our server, very good at his job of server and bartender. Very knowledgeable on different beers! Great personality! Great person and was right on the money!
ordered via Doordash. The ranch was warm, and the sweet and sour sauce was warm as well. There was a hair on one of my boneless wings. Will maybe order from here again.

Stopped into Smokey bones Sunday evening...We always liked their Smoked Wings. We sat at the bar and the place was VERY loud....Large unruly party running around, throwing things and not well behaved....Felt very bad for waiters! Bartender was good....After seeing the couple at the bar we decided to order Bon-Fire for 2....BAD choice. First it took about 50 minutes to get it. When we did get it...Had NO chicken, wings looked like they came from a Cornish hen, didn't think we received Sirloin steak until the bartender pointed out 4 SMALL dried out pieces that I thought were potatoes. Ribs were good and the sauce was very good. Manager gave us Regular size wings to go and 10% off our bill is the reason I gave it a 3. No hurry to go back!
