Best seafood EVER! Seriously best I’ve ever had. We had tamarind calamari to start, entrees were grouper and sea bass, then shared key lime pie and ice cream sandwich for dessert. They make everything fresh even the ice cream! I will say it was the most I’ve ever spent on dinner, about $200 without tip but it was 1000000000% worth it. The service and the vibe was amazing. My husband almost fell asleep on the couches there. ?

We actually ate here two times on our trip and we were not even staying on property. Sat at the bar both times and tried many drinks and apps. Would go back. Good parking options.

Great food compromised by indifferent service, culminated by their refusing to box up unfinished entrees. Stop for drinks but find another venue that actually cares about decent service.

Out of the way gem. Excellent food and great deserts, bar happy hour from 5-7. Outdoor seating with water views. Excellent service, ask for The Ambassador.

Very nice restaurant at the Elysian Beach Resort where we stayed. Our family of four ate here our first night and our last. The Appetizer shrimp tacos and calamari were great! All the food was wonderful, but our favorite was the Crab Crusted Grouper and my adult son loved the Wahoo. The Service was wonderful! The Express Yo Self martini was one of the best I’ve had. Some of the restaurant has been updated and it looks great! It’s a great spot for dinner by the beach!

Good food but way too expensive with small portions. I had the stuffed lobster which was excellent but 109$ excellent? My granddaughter had the filet which was good. The calamari was very disappointing with a tamarind glaze that made it almost inedible . I wanted to send it back but family wouldn’t let me make fuss. The cauliflower was mediocre at best. By the way the service was excellent by The Ambassador.

Lamb lollipops and Chilean Sea Bass. Both were excellent. Brought back to my room saved half for next day was just as good as the first night

Absolutely the best restaurant on St. Thomas. We had amazing food, delicious and high quality. Beautiful setting right on the beach. Best lobster dishes.

Yes, the food is on the pricey side, but the quality of food and service is worth it. If you’re staying at the resort you should try them. You won’t be disappointed. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Especially Aaron our server who helped us with our daughter earlier. She was stung by a jelly fish. We went later for dinner and he was our server. So thank you Aaron, again for your help and wonderful service!

We had told them it was our 40th anniversary and they put us at the little 2 seater table with one's back to the view...we asked to be moved and they did. The sea bass was very good - so was the wedge salad with blue cheese and shrimp - it was phenomenal....my grouper was pretty good, but not as good as the bass...the lobster bisque was fair- I have had much better....overall it was a nice dinner....

As a fine dining restaurant manager with years of experience, I would suggest you to stop using soda fountains, your C02 levels were extremely low and my drink tasted flat. Couldn’t enjoy any drinks. Aside from that the food portion is a bit small for price. If your portion size is going to be that size I suggest you give complimentary bread or salads with entrees. The service and ambiance was spot on. Wait time on food was fast as well.

We knew prior to going that the restaurant is expensive and upscale and we went with a family of 7 - 2 seniors, 3 adult children and a 5 and 7 year old. Service was slow as is often the case in this type of restaurant but we kept the children busy by allowing them to use their tablets to watch a movie - something not usually allowed at dinner. This left the adults to chat and enjoy the amazing cocktails and appetizers. The food was outstanding. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Would recommend for a special dining experience.

We had an amazing experience at Caribbean Fish Market for our 2 year anniversary. The food was amazing and we loved our ambassador. I would highly recommend this place. Our favorites were the wings, the wedge shrimp salad and the stuffed lobster!

Way too expensive to be treated like my family was. Made reservations for 8pm. Arrived 10 minutes early. Seated promptly and ordered drinks, sparkling water and wine. The waiter took our order at 8pm. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes we eventually decided to call it. We drove up the street to XO Bistro to eat dinner. Caribbean Fish Market is a horrible restaurant with great location to resort residents. Go to Red Hook don’t get ripped off at Cowpet resort

My family and I wanted to spend our last night at a nice dinner before our long day tomorrow. Our waiter rarely checked on us and took at least 20 minutes before even getting our drink orders. After watching a few tables that arrived after us get their meal, order desserts, and close off their tab and not to mention the hour and a half wait with no food whatsoever we had to walk out. We obviously paid for the drinks that we eventually received but the overall experience ruined my vacation in St. Thomas.
