Casey and her team make truly incredible cakes and sweets. I have been a customer for a few years now and knew that hiring Casey for our wedding cake was the easiest decision in planning our wedding! We chose to do a small ceremony cake and ordered sheet cakes for our guests. Before finalizing our cake order we picked up one of the cake testing boxes, which was so helpful in narrowing down flavors. Confections is a bakery in Regent Square. The place is something special. Everything has been excellent. Staff is great. Scones were great, like a really good biscuit. The cheddar jalapeno scone had an amazing salty savory crisp and soft with a nice little kick. The lemon blueberry scone was perfectly balanced, both sweet and tart. Cupcake was amazing. Coffee was really good. Casey has created a bright, friendly atmosphere. A beautiful gluten free cake was made for a birthday. Ordering and paying online was super easy with great communication. Three cakes were ordered for a birthday celebration, two vegan cakes and one regular half sheet cake, and they were all amazing. Absolutely delicious.
