After messing messing up my triple cheeseburger, they politely offered to remake it. I guess the cook didn't like that because he smothered it and catch up and then smashed it down so hard that the bun split into two. When I went in to tell the manager about it, he didn't seem to be concerned. I worked in restaurants for 13 years, and would not treat someone this way...
Milkshake machine is always broken, I never get straws or sauces. I shouldn't have to check my bag EVERYTIME. Not my job. Also the machines been down for months, how?
