“After a disastrous trek with our kids to the Crayola MisManagement Experience, we were at our wits end. Tempers were short. Patience worn thin. And our appetites were monstrous. I was frantically scouring our path home for an easy detour with drive-thru. Slim pickin's. And then, like a beacon in the fog, we saw Vassi's. It had a ridiculously high rating on Google, and we could order ahead. Boom. Done. And let me tell you, I am not at all exaggerating when I say that I would absolutely drive up there again just to have another gyro with fries, or try the burgers, which my husband and daughter confirmed were great. And absolutely would have to try the milkshakes, because they looked fantastic. Driving home in rush-hour traffic was much more tolerable with full stomachs and happy tastebuds.“

I had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to our amazing waiter, Tremaine! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our entire visit. “I held a dine and donate here on Thursday December 5th. Kirsten was very helpful with helping me set it up and very pleasant to work with. Our server, Josh was attentive and polite. He was always checking on us making sure our drinks were always full and clearing plates when we finished our apps and food. Joth, the manager, checked in on us several times throughout our meal making sure everything was to our liking. I’d definitely recommend this establishment. We had a great experience all around!“

“Our granddaughter wanted Applebee’s for dinner, and when she’s with us, she always gets what she wants. I haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in probably over 10 years, and I have to say—I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, and our server was kind and friendly.

That said, there were a few small misses in terms of dining etiquette that kept the experience from being excellent. With just a little more attention to detail, the service could have really gone to the next level.

I realize Applebee’s isn’t a five-star restaurant, and what the server lacked in polish she definitely made up for with her personality. Still, to give an example: we ordered dessert and coffee. The coffee arrived without a spoon to stir in cream and sugar. When we asked for one, we didn’t receive it until the dessert was brought out. I ended up using a knife to stir in the meantime.

These are minor details, of course, but they’re the kind of small touches that can really elevate the guest experience.“

“I ordered a 16" sicilian German pizza and I'm very particular with my sicilian Pie but needless to say this didn't disappoint. A hefty pie with a tasty sauce and plenty of toppings.
