Very good coffee
Best coffee spot I have ever been to, the staff is always amazing. Also, every batch that gets delivered to me is freshly roasted and arrives in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Alabaster Coffee in Williamsport is hands-down one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The coffee is consistently top-notch—smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take their craft seriously. On top of that, the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Whether you’re grabbing a quick cup to-go or hanging out for a bit, the vibe is warm and inviting. If you’re in the area and love good coffee, Alabaster is a must-visit!

I wish I lived closer, because this coffee shop is incredible! First, the atmosphere is super chill and I love the brick walls and industrial decor. The barista was super friendly and helpful. I ordered their orange cardamom seasonal latte, and another in my party ordered the molasses with smoked sea salt. Another ordered an iced chai. For two hot drinks and an iced drink on a busy Saturday, I was very impressed with the speed of receiving them. I thoroughly enjoyed my latte, as the espresso had been pulled nearly perfectly, with the milk steamed very nicely as well. However, there was not any citrus in my drink, and only a very light cardamom flavor. I did not mind, but another who likes sweetened/very flavorful drinks might! The molasses latte was also very lightly flavored; the salt was a delicious touch, though! The chai was very flavorful and not as syrupy and gross as many concentrate based chais. Overall, I would definitely stop again but I can see how their drinks might not be for everyone.

disclaimer. I don’t “like” coffee. And I can’t drink too much caffeine so k only drink half with decaf. I know, I shouldn’t been eating coffee shops but this place is really nice and the 50:50 coffee with oat milk was really. Good.
I rate a place like this with no experience so that I will remember to go back. And I’ll be back.

I only bought a coffee. Poured it out. Don't waste your time thinking you'll get a tastee cup of coffee. Go to Wegmans around the corner instead. Seriously. Bad coffee is usually disguised behind syrup and flavors at coffee shops.

Went on a walk downtown today and stopped off at Alabaster. We usually just get the honey cinnamon latte, but we both tried the sweetened oatmilk latte plain, and wow, I have no idea why I've been covering up all this goodness.

I am a traveler and a coffee lover, always seeking to enjoy coffee from local shops. While most experiences tend to be average, and some are disappointing (like my experience in Corning, NY), a few truly stand out. Alabaster Coffee Roasters (CR) is among the best coffee shops I have visited.
I ordered my classic Cortado, and it was exceptional. The temperature, presentation, and flavors were all on point. The coffee itself was subtle and sweet, while the milk came from a local producer and was frothed at a low temperature, resulting in a delightful, non-bitter beverage.
The barista was both engaged and knowledgeable. I asked the barista to prepare a European Cortado with half and half and another with whole milk. My favorite was the one made with whole milk. See if you can find the subtle differences in Cortados in the attached pictures. Kudos to Alabaster Coffee for such an outstanding experience!

Never know whether I'll find reliably good espresso in a small town, but they served up a fantastic cappuccino. Smooth shot married with perfectly steamed milk and latte art. Would happily visit again when I visit the area.

The employees feel like they're being held against their will. Coffee is overpriced.
