I heard the roast beef sandwich was really good so I decided to try it and yes. Absolutely yes. Sooo yummy 😋 And the jamocha shake has been a best favorite ever since the first time I tried it 😅😁

Within the last few days, I placed an order thru drive thru .. and when I pulled up to the window.. a woman with orange hair was very unprofessional as well as having an attitude with me. When you work with the public, good customer service is an absolute must!!!!!! And she showed AWFUL service. It ruined my day to be honest, and I am NOT looking forward to seeing her again.

The men working tonight deserve 10 stars. Super polite helpful and made sure everything was right. Customer service was amazing... Man even ran out napkins to me that must have been missed. I wouldn't have noticed. But much appreciated...

I get wanting to work when your older but when you're pushing 90 years old and you have a lobby full of customers wanting to eat and takes 15 minutes to place 1 order it's a little ridiculous. I had to turn around and leave.

The older woman with gray hair working the counter is extremely rude and ignorant. I went to this Arby's two days in a row because I thought the food was good. First day I went in and picked up a mobile order and when I asked for sauce I was told by this woman it was in the bag. I checked and there was no sauce and I asked for some to which she didn't apologize and when I told her to have a good day she ignored me. I went in today and the same rude old woman was working and I asked for sauce because of their mistake they made yesterday and I didn't feel like walking out to the car and coming back in again when I could just ask for the sauce right there. This woman rolled her eyes at me and said its in the bag. Having staff like this is completely unacceptable and no employee should be rolling their eyes at a customer for simply asking for more sauce. The food here is good but its not worth it if I have to deal with a bitter old woman employee being rude to me. Don't order here if you want good customer service because you won't find it.
