I get wanting to work when your older but when you're pushing 90 years old and you have a lobby full of customers wanting to eat and takes 15 minutes to place 1 order it's a little ridiculous. I had to turn around and leave.

The older woman with gray hair working the counter is extremely rude and ignorant. I went to this Arby's two days in a row because I thought the food was good. First day I went in and picked up a mobile order and when I asked for sauce I was told by this woman it was in the bag. I checked and there was no sauce and I asked for some to which she didn't apologize and when I told her to have a good day she ignored me. I went in today and the same rude old woman was working and I asked for sauce because of their mistake they made yesterday and I didn't feel like walking out to the car and coming back in again when I could just ask for the sauce right there. This woman rolled her eyes at me and said its in the bag. Having staff like this is completely unacceptable and no employee should be rolling their eyes at a customer for simply asking for more sauce. The food here is good but its not worth it if I have to deal with a bitter old woman employee being rude to me. Don't order here if you want good customer service because you won't find it.

We visited here for the first time in a long time and I really think this is the first Arby's I ever visited. They still have the big cowboy hat on their outside sign. We did drive thru and the food and service were great. I'm sorry there's not any pictures, but our 2 sandwiches and shakes were very tasty. I do wish Arby's would bring back their Happy Hour, oh well.

We came here to grab a quick lunch. We decided to sit inside because it was so hot outside. It was just as uncomfortable inside, it was humid and it felt like there wasn't any air on. Our food was just okay. Our fries were not fresh and my spouse's sandwich was prepared wrong. The cashier guy was very nice but he seemed very distracted. I love Arby's but this place needs some TLC.
