Grateful to have such a quaint and cute coffee shop in our community. And will always stop for their London Fog - one of my faves. Truly wish that the customer service was more of a focus. I understand as someone who also runs a small business how sometimes we get weeded and can't always have the most pep in our step... but customers are what make a small biz work. Without them businesses die. So to consistently be confronted as a hassle when being in that space, is a hard pill to swallow. Wish they would take a beat and really reflect on how to improve that element of their business as based on their review I'm not the only one to feel this way. All in all, will always support local, just wish to feel appreciated as a guest on occasion.

Love the gilded area house from the logging era. Coffees are always hot and tasty. Food is unique and delicious. The outside lift helps me bring ladies with walkers in easily. Love the relaxing moments there.Parking: Limited on the street.

Love the coffee, food, and atmosphere. However the staff can at times be rude to their customers. They don’t know how to handle a rush despite having an abundance of staff. We waited for over a half hour to get our two drinks when multiple customers came in after us got their drinks before us. When we asked for an update, they had lost our order. I’m not usually someone who complains, but that was ridiculous. Then we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our drinks. A lot of people were complaining that day. If you want to enjoy backhouse, don’t come during a rush. They just aren’t able to handle it.

CHARMING place! The mustachioed barista pulled a wonderful espresso that satisfied exactly what I needed. Wonderful atmosphere with cozy seating, and a helpful supply of books to keep you occupied. Highly recommend this place!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair elevator at entrance.

I was in Williamsport visiting my best friend and we came here. The atmosphere is so nice and all of the people are too!! I got The Rachel, and as someone who doesn’t try new things often, this i think was the best coffee I have had in a long time. There was a super sweet lady that talked to us and was walking around and everything was so put together. Amazing!!!
