Weâve went here a few times and most times the service was good and food was decent. Iâve gotten a pizza before and the crust tasted really fake like one you buy at the grocery store and it was very soggy. Weâve gotten hoagies there before and they were pretty good. Today when we ordered the guy on the phone was very rude. My sister ordered the food and he was treating her like she was 5 years old and stupid. When we called we asked if we could place an order for pick up and he asked for the name. We told him and then he asked for a phone number, we told him and then he asked for an address. We were confused because no one has ever asked for an address for an order to pickup. She told him itâs for pickup again and in a cocky attitude he said, â I have to put the address in the system or it wonât let me go any further. â so we told him and we tried ordering our food and we were getting two hoagies the same way so she told him that these two were going to be the same and said them. He got mad and said,â when youâre ordering you need to say one at a time even if theyâre the same because I canât do it at the same time.â No place has ever made us do that and how were we supposed to know that? We picked up the hoagies every time my dad hates their bread and thinks itâs too thick and the ratio is off. He normally takes some of the bread out. On my sister and iâs hoagie we asked for extra cheese and extra mayo. There wasnât a lot of cheese and like no mayo at all. Will probably never come here again.

The food is good but the people who work there are very rude and unprofessional. They should treat customers better. I called to check up on my delivery order because I had waited well over an hour and the mumbling deep voiced mouth breather man on the phone was very rude. He sounded like he has a 3rd grade education and would spit on your pizza. There are much nicer places out there who treat customers right.

The Pizza is amazing. I find it difficult to describe food in a way that does it justice, especially a classic suck as pizza. However, Bart's pizza is as close to perfect as it cam get! I LOVE IT!

Iâve been eating Bartâs pizza for over 50 years and although I donât live here anymore, I come back every year and order a pizza bc theyâre so good. However, on sat., July 6th, I picked up a pizza and was really, really disappointed. The crust was thicker than normal, it was way undercooked, and there was too much cheese on it. I donât know if you had someone else making the pizza today (I didnât see the usual guys), but someone didnât know what they were doing and it ruined something I look forward to every year. Hope this message gets to whomever needs to hear it.

I wanted to buy a slice of pizza but didn't have cash on me. I didn't know that The credit card machine they have charges $2, so I didn't want to pay over $4 for one slice. So, the man at the counter offered to buy it for me. There should be more people like him and more store owners like them. I can't express just how much I appreciated that. Thank you very much.

Just got Bart's pizza for the first and last time. We ordered a large pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. We got a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and ONIONS! I HATE ONIONS, unfortunately we didn't have another 30+ minutes to wait for a new one :(

Probably the worst pizza in Williamsport. I donât know how it can be hard yet undercooked at the same time. It is really amazing that was even able to happen. I even tipped on a pickup order and it was still horrible.
This review was for a "thick crust" paddle pizza. it was just as thin as their usual thin crust just was undercooked because they had thick crusts which went hard in the oven and left the toppings AND CHEESE uncooked.
Even joes or vinnys is better than this place also the pickup time is double what they say it will be. Show up late and wait for 15mins. The only positive thing is that they sell beer.
