I went June 5th after my son’s graduation. The staff were incredibly sweet and congratulated him. The area was super clean. The prices are very reasonable and their food was great. Out of all fast food chains, these people were the most courteous that I have ever met. Keep up the good work.
They always forget food when I go through the drive-thru. It has happened 4 out of the 5 times I've been there. Love BK's food but service is not good & I have found that to be true at any BK I've been to in the last 10 years and many different states. Food is great... Service is lacking a lot.

Staff illiterate to their jobs. I ordered from the kiosk and others ordering from the counter were receiving their ahead of mine and out of sequence. I ordered a whopper with cheese and fries and after 33 minutes for my food no cheese was delivered on my burger. Customers besides myself were waiting 25 plus minutes for their food.
