SLOWEST PEOPLE ON EARTH IN THE DRIVE THRU AFTER THE LOBBY CLOSES!!! 3RD TIME IN A ROW I'VE WAITED AT LEAST 25 MINUTES. THE LINE GET'S SO BACKED UP, YOU SEE PEOPLE DRIVING AROUND NOT WANTING TO WAIT.

We went there 2 weeks ago. The service at the Maynard St. restaurant is terrible. The woman taking the orders doesn't smile. Her name tag says she's a team leader. This is who you have leading your restaurant? We went there again last night. We tried to order cheesy tots (on the menu at the drive through) but were told they're no longer available. There were 3 cars ahead of us. It took 15 minutes after we ordered to get our food. Maynard St. BK is abhorrently mismanaged. When Chick-fil-A opens up, they'll put that franchise out of business. And, that'll be a shame to see. I've been going there for 40 years!

This burger King is always a hit and miss. Sometimes they are nice other times nasty. The service and atmosphere is always bad and the food has definitely gone down hill but you get what you pay for here.

People are rude. Ive seen a good few roaches, employees dont wash their hands. I got very sick after eating a regular whopper meal with a coke. Vomitting, diarrhea, fever. This place is possibly the worst fast food restaurant I’ve come across.

Love the food but as a man of 60, playing on my phone with an 'app' is ridiculous. I'm not a kiddie. I've no time for that so if they have a deal inside I get it otherwise I eat elsewhere.
