Always have very much liked Chick-fil-A, we used to live down outside of Atlanta near the original Dwarf House, And were frequent customers. This location is so clean and the people are friendly... we would like to give an especially huge thank you to shift leader Ashlee, whom we met on our first trip in to this location and who had us smiling from the minute we walked in the door, and is absolutely the reason we came back again. EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you, Ashlee, and to the whole team!!!

Horrendous service, ordered medium fry and 2 milkshakes. 15 minutes plus of standing around waiting. If the drive thru line is out into the parking lot. And you walk into facility to order what I did and the person who’s car you got out of can beat you through the drive through. That’s BAD!

Very nice experience here, the cashier (Kris or Krissy was her name) was so sweet and kind taking my order. The food was fresh and delicious as always. My only gripe is they didn’t have Cherry Coke at this location, but all good! Happy to see that Chick Fil A is in Williamsport finally!

I stopped at this location tonight for a meal with my one year old son and husband. I was absolutely DISGUSTED by that I witnessed. We watched two 10/12 year old kids go into the play place unattended. They were obviously too old to be in there. One was using a pole to pretend to be a stripper. There was a commotion and we watched one of those kids start kicking a 4 year old little boy. The boys father was understandably upset. He yelled at the kids who walked out and sat at a table laughing on their phones. They were loitering. They didn’t order anything, they were clearly friends with someone who worked there. A manager was nowhere to be found. Literally the entire dining room stood up when this happened and not a single chik fil a employee came out to address the situation. The one employee that did come out was friends with the kids and I watched her stare down that family as they walked out. The staff should be ashamed and so should Chik fil a. The situation should be investigated and the manager and the employee should be fired. I’ll never return to this location and I think parents should beware, because it isn’t safe for children.
