I go to this store at least once a week and it’s the best chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. Their food consistently tastes great and the restaurant is clean. I have no idea why all these bad reviews. I have been at the Williamsport location many times and have always gotten good service, good food and good portions. One of my favorite places.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian selection is delicious.

I'm a big fan of Chipotle but I avoid the Williamsport location. I received consistently poor service, incomplete orders and orders placed online sometimes more than 45 minutes late. Even though I live in town I drive to the Lewisburg Chipotle instead.

I had the SOGGIEST burrito ever in my life. They loaded a whole scoop of sour cream on my burrito, didn’t drain the pork (carnitas), put a whole scoop of medium salsa on it, and the Queso (which was the consistency of clam chowder and also tasted like it. I highly recommend to NOT go here unless you want an unpleasant night on the toilet. Also the chips were 2 dollars. Had I known they were going to be like that I would’ve went behind a dumpster and ate soggy cardboard. I bet it tastes the same and it’s free.

my bf & I were in the Williamsport store today and was treated very poorly. The employee name was SYDNEY & our order number was 211. she got smart with my bf , got loud with him , and even threw his food across the counter. The didnt greet us when we came in & also was shaking her head while making the food for us, if this is how your customer service is for this restaurant i will never come back again. I am not happy and would like contacted back about this situation IMMEDIATELY.
