The hours of operation need updated.Friendly staff. Easy transaction once someone came to assist. Took a little bit of waiting for service however.Coffee was okay.

First time customer....won't be the last! Went on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the decadent complimentary coffee rolls! And our breakfast was so delicious-- special kudos to the fresh sausage and super yummy sourdough bread. The staff was also exemplary and so friendly. Really, can't say enough about how delightful our experience was!

I have been going to Cups and Cakes regularly for a couple months. At first I went on a whim, something new to try. I now consider it to be a hidden gem.The coffee is delicious, I haven't been disappointed so far. And you get to add a flavor for free! But what really sold this place for me is the cookies. THE COOKIES! They are light and crisp on the outside, and gooey and flavorful on the inside. Seriously, these cookies are magical. So far I've tried chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, sugar and snicker-doodle. All are amazing. And hand on my heart, I haven't found a better cookie in Williamsport yet. And I've tried crumbl cookies.

Picked up a cupcake because it was my husband's birthday who had just die a week and a half ago. The cake was so dry I couldn't even eat it and the icing was also dry and seemed like it had set out for a week.

Such delicious hot French vanilla coffee!!! And the girl working there was so friendly! Will definitely come back again and again!

Excellent little place. The cupcakes my wife brought home were so good and we just stopped for ice cream. My teaberry was really tasty.

Over baked and dry cookies, good thing it was cheap but barely any flavor. Place was underwhelming and not many options. The cakes on display looked like a child made them.
