Bad food. the owner is extremely rude.STAY CLEAR!
UGGG! If you want to vomit after a meal...this is your go to place!
Great food. Crazy affordable. Nice guy who tries to keep good food prices.
Food was very good and the service was great. I recommend the steak sandwich very good with the sweet peppers.
Very cheap prices for a hoagie, just the bread tastes funky because the owner doesn't store it right. Never chanced eating anything else here. Once you walk into the side of the house you'll understand.
Great food delicious! Great service!
Good food and good prices
I had an excellent cheese steak there about a month ago. He hasn't answered the phone multiple times since then, but he finally did today. I asked for extra meat on my sandwich and he said I am sorry, but I can not do that because of the special I am running. I said could I pay extra and he said you know what don't worry about it I cant do it and hung up on me. This guy is a squirrel. Definitely some kind of mental disorder going on. If I had to guess I would say he either gets a fat check every month for whatever that disability is or maybe he was left some kind of inheritance and he just "runs a business" as a hobby. SQUIRREL!
Here's the facts I ate there food was disgusting I mean who screws up a cheese burger not only that he forgot the cheese and I asked for a piece of cheese and he literally threw it at me I in returned threw a 20 on the table cause my bill was 18.23 and threw my burger at him and that fat b****** didn't say s*** good luck and also to the 73 yr old vet thank you for serving our free country but assholes like him should be on the front line in Iran
I live in the direct area and dale works on his own schedule. He thought is nice to start snow blowing at 5:04 this morning and currently still going at 5:42. I am exhausted and of course can go back to sleep but he doesn't seem to care for his customers in the restaurant by being unpleasant when people come in (unless) they are his "friends" or neighboring residents. He often seems unpleasant and rude. The business is dirty and unappealing. I understand the need to clear snow but there is a noise during sleeping hours for 10pm - 7am for a reason.

Owner is friendly. Food tastes good. Low priced. This is a must try!
Dirty, bad food and bad customer service. Not a great combonation.
I do NOT support anyone who treats Veterans poorly. This Dude is a COMPLETE A*** It won't let me give a 1/8 or 1/4 or even a half of a star so I will have to stick with 1 full star
Horrible horrible customer service. Not worth your time or effort at all. Time to find a different place to eat! They disrespect veterans, and think everyone is an "a**hole of a person" though he is!!
I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a business owner! I hope that my post today will prevent anyone else from a nightmarish experience! On June 8th, 2015 at about 4:00pm I backed into a parking space at Dale's Arch Street Eatery 623 ½ Arch Street in Williamsport PA. I waited for the pouring down rain to slow down before getting out of the car with my disabled 73 year old father. As we approached the door the owner, Dale Wayne Lannen met us in the doorway. He gruffly asked us if we had a handicap sign, which I told him it was displayed on the dash. He then asked if it gave me permission to "plow down" his handicap sign. I apologized for not seeing the sign which was attached to a stick in the ground approximately 2 ½ to 3 foot high; not high enough to be visible by any vehicles. He continued to rant and rave about how he is so sick and tired of people mowing down his handicap sign. He ended his rant with, "Now it's going to cost me another 40 dollars to fix!" The sign was not damaged in anyway, if anything he may have to replace the stick it is attached to. As my father and I continued to walk in, he said "You know, I've had enough today. I don't even feel like serving you people, so just turn around and walk right back out the way you came!" We promptly turned to leave and as I was walking out the door he said "I'm sick of all you a** holes.†I am appalled and disgusted that myself and my father, a US Army veteran, was subjected to this treatment.
