I arrived at this restaurant at 9:50 AM and have not left. It is nearly 11:30 am. The service is so slow, the food was dry, and we waited an hour before our waitress even took our order. I think she came to our table 3 times while we were there. When we went to pay, a woman came up to the counter and then left before any of us could pay. Never coming back.

Dolly's West...they do it Best! We were enroute to Florida from Buffalo, NY...and we needed some lunch. A quick search for a diner...Dolly's seemed to be the best, closest choice. Google delivered Dolly's West...and they did it Best!
Awesome, friendly service and great eats. I'm jealous of the locals...they get to eat there all the time.

The food was amazing and although I didn't feel our meals were that of a complicated dish those who arrived after us were handed their meals before us and the only time the waitress checked back at the table was when our food arrived and not again. She asked my boyfriend if he wanted a refill on his drink but not me. I am going to be honest I'm not sure I will return. I must be from another Era when customer service was important because clearly today it isn't important.

I had an amazing chef salad, but my Mom was disappointed in her Rachel wrap. They used coleslaw in place of sauerkraut, but they did not drain the coleslaw and it was soggy and messy. We waited about 40 minutes after we ordered to get our food. The place was about 1/3 full when we arrived at 12:45 pm. Received our food about 1:35 pm. Maybe it was an off day, but I can't say I want to wait that long again.

Wow what a great place!!! I don’t know who’s in that kitchen. Who ever it is they are cooking with love. I had one of the best omelets I have ever had. I ordered the western omelet. It was packed with goodness. Tons of meat, veggies and cheese all melted together by the cheese. Wrapped in a blanket of egg. It wasn’t like those omelettes you get where they mix in the toppings or sprinkle it around. So you only get a bite of the toppings here or there. Not here every bite has all the deliciousness. My other half had the Dolly's cheesesteak he raved it was equally as awesome. First time there we will stop again for sure!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Everyone seemed happy the place was clean. Love it♥️ Had a very nice feel and comfort. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the great visit everyone. Keep doing what you’re doing. It shows you love your job

Dolly's Dinner is the best kept secret in downtown Williamsport. Their food and service is fantastic and I highly recommend . Next time I'm in the area for work , guaranteed to stop there for a delicious meal.?
