I had the best experience today . I had called around to all the Dunkin’s because we wanted Christmas donuts for the holiday . Everywhere was sold out . I tried this restaurant even tho it was 30 mins away and I was in luck ! I was lucky enough to talk to the manager (Kitty )and not only was she kind enough to set a box of donuts aside for us to pick up she offered to decorate them for Christmas! They were amazing . She made our holiday special with a simple act of kindness !

I will never go to this Dunkin again. Rude workers. Didn’t make my coffee right and refused to remake it so I had to take my drink to another Dunkin to remake it without no cost. I’d give zero stars.
I will now drive pass this Dunkin and go to the one on the other side of town because some of the staff here is absolutely disrespectful. I was be made to feel like a burden because I ordered a box of Joe and half a dozen donuts for my groomsmen. My wife was shooed away from the register because she was charged twice for a mobile order and kindly asked the disrespectful cashier on duty for a refund on one of them (she ended up having to call customer service).
I of course am not referring to the entire crew at this location but a few of them need some heavy training on customer interactions and service, or else the Dunkin in Newberry will keep getting more and more new customers.

My family of 5 decided to have coffee & donuts and we walked in and waited for someone to take our order. Not one single person helped us or even looked at us. We were invisible there. Unfortunately, this is a common experience at DD. There aren’t even tables and chairs in there anymore. It isn’t a friendly atmosphere. Would rather go somewhere that values their customers.
