I will never go to this Dunkin again. Rude workers. Didn’t make my coffee right and refused to remake it so I had to take my drink to another Dunkin to remake it without no cost. I’d give zero stars.

I will now drive pass this Dunkin and go to the one on the other side of town because some of the staff here is absolutely disrespectful. I was be made to feel like a burden because I ordered a box of Joe and half a dozen donuts for my groomsmen. My wife was shooed away from the register because she was charged twice for a mobile order and kindly asked the disrespectful cashier on duty for a refund on one of them (she ended up having to call customer service).
I of course am not referring to the entire crew at this location but a few of them need some heavy training on customer interactions and service, or else the Dunkin in Newberry will keep getting more and more new customers.

My family of 5 decided to have coffee & donuts and we walked in and waited for someone to take our order. Not one single person helped us or even looked at us. We were invisible there. Unfortunately, this is a common experience at DD. There aren’t even tables and chairs in there anymore. It isn’t a friendly atmosphere. Would rather go somewhere that values their customers.
I love Dunkin coffee and I have never had a bad experience until today! I was almost to the bottom of my coffee enjoying it until I took a swig of it and had nothing but coffee grounds! I threw up and was legit sick to my stomach over this! Come on you can do better than that

I visited this store to buy a dozen donuts, and they "didn't have" a dozen. Seriously. This is the 3rd time in a row that I wanted a dozen donuts, and they didn't have them. I remember when this was a donut shop.
