Service is fast and efficient. The new Churro Doughnut how ever is deceiving. The photo they use doesn’t show the hole where they punched it out to make munchkins. So I was disappointed in the pitiful ring I received after ordering. This is a waste of money.

I came through the drive-through yesterday, and when I went to give my order, I was denied service then I roll around to the window and Chloe dident even look at me until I knock at the window which then she looked at me shook her head and said no this is very unacceptable

I came around 8:30pm, and I wanted to buy a donut, they said they did not have any more. I believe you should have donuts until you close. Was disappointed. It's not Dunkin donuts without donuts.
Went inside to pick up an order and the girl at the counter, slammed our drinks down then shoved the across the counter full speed, then threw our bagged order across the counter at us. Not a fan of their lack of customer service. Will stick to drive through or Williamsport location.
