This one star is especially given to the medium hot coffee with cream and sugar that I got this morning. I can hardly test any coffee flavor in it. The color looks cream white, it tastes like sweet cream water. It was awful. I had to throw mine whole cup away. My husband drank some of his, so I took couple photos of his.

Night crew needs work. Night shift manager is throwing trash away mid shift get the window after putting an order in on the app and had to wait for the girl at the counter to get off her phone for her to give us are lukewarm old coffee. Took it back in and had to wait yet again because everyone is on their phones and they try to tell me they just brewed a new pot of midnight coffee that was again Lukewarm and tasted like it sat for hours. Between the manager throwing his own trash away out if his wife/girlfriends car mid shift to watching everyone on their phone to being lied to about having a fresh batch of midnight coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. You guys need a new Night crew. Maybe people who care?

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for almost a decade and with the addition of the new drive thru, I can assure you that it is the best one I’ve been to. The food has never disappointed but what has always stuck out is the remarkable staff and workers at this location. They are truly the most friendly and hard working, and I can guarantee you’ll be feeling “peachy” walking out.

I got a hot tea in the drive-through. The lid wasn't "latching on" to the rim of the cup, I guess, and the first time I tried to hold it (to open the little flap on the lid and cool it off), the lid just fell off and I had scalding hot tea all over my hand and the inside of my friend's car. Complete waste of money AND it freaking hurt...
Also, is it just me and my partner or has anyone else noticed this...? All of the savory (non-sugar-laden) foods at every location in town seem to have an aftertaste of something that brings surface disinfectants to mind? Very off-putting...
I don't eat sugary stuff anymore, either, so I'm done with this chain. It was my friend's idea to go there; I haven't wanted anything from any DD location for a few years now.

So the amount of times. I have ordered from here both in store and not. And who ever is the main one whos job it is to brew new coffee so the other doesn't taste burnt.... needs let go or alot more training. I can see how dark it is.

When I pulled up to the drive thru I asked the cashier if I could do two separate orders and he quickly remarked “nope not at drive thru, the dining area if open you can come in and do that”. I have gone to many Dunkin’s and have done separate orders so it just seemed odd to me. They have two windows and the first one is always closed and not operating, making the line move very slowly, literally out to the road sometimes. Coffees and food were still great.
