I went into dunkin this morning and it was busy, so i was being understanding. I waited 15 minutes and then checked my app to see what was taking so long. I seen i accidentally set it for Drive thru instead of walk in so i asked someone and she said i can get it through walk in. I waited 5 minutes then asked again because had to be somewhere in 5 minutes. The guy i asked raised his voice at me and pushed my food out and said “here take it”. I understood i was in the wrong in this situation, but i saw my order and my name on the drive dru side and i was and i was running late. I was just upset with tones toward me.

A few minutes ago I did an order through Doordash. Dunkin donuts y’all didn’t disappoint. The turkey sausage and cheese egg on a real buttery croissant was delicious. It was so good my 11 year old daughter said mom I need 2 next time 🤣🤣🤣 Whomever is there right now needs a raise!

So I go here almost everyday and get my ice dunkalatte. Always made the way it should be and there is a new girl working the drive through that is so friendly and always smiling. It's so nice to see someone with a great personality everyday she works
This one star is especially given to the medium hot coffee with cream and sugar that I got this morning. I can hardly test any coffee flavor in it. The color looks cream white, it tastes like sweet cream water. It was awful. I had to throw mine whole cup away. My husband drank some of his, so I took couple photos of his.

Night crew needs work. Night shift manager is throwing trash away mid shift get the window after putting an order in on the app and had to wait for the girl at the counter to get off her phone for her to give us are lukewarm old coffee. Took it back in and had to wait yet again because everyone is on their phones and they try to tell me they just brewed a new pot of midnight coffee that was again Lukewarm and tasted like it sat for hours. Between the manager throwing his own trash away out if his wife/girlfriends car mid shift to watching everyone on their phone to being lied to about having a fresh batch of midnight coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. You guys need a new Night crew. Maybe people who care?

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for almost a decade and with the addition of the new drive thru, I can assure you that it is the best one I’ve been to. The food has never disappointed but what has always stuck out is the remarkable staff and workers at this location. They are truly the most friendly and hard working, and I can guarantee you’ll be feeling “peachy” walking out.
