let’s start with this, you charge for a signature frozen, forget ALL toppings, which adds almost a dollar to the already 5 dollar drink, why? almost every single time i come here something is wrong with my order, it’s borderline careless at this point. any time ive pointed a mistake out in my order nicely, it sparks a reaction as if i yell or completely flip out. i’ve been patient, but forgetting things your customers pay for and then acting disrespectful when they nicely try to correct it is unacceptable. this falls on the management and or whoever is in charge of training.

All I got was a bacon egg and cheese om a bagel 8/8/2025 and it's literally inedible. I will be calling to file a complaint. The bacon is so greasy, nothing but fat, and it's just cooked completely. Would not be coming back to this location. I've never been so disappointed by the quality of a product I bought from dunkin. Unless thats what you're into, I don't recommend.

Few things wrong with my order and customer service. My order was placed at the front of the counter fully bagged and ready,but when we sat at our table my donut was missing. When I asked about the donut I was told I took the order too early? Even tho it was fully bagged and sitting there waiting for pickup? My Drink was prepared as a mint chocolate chip iced latte even tho cup was labeled with my order, cookie dough coconut cold brew and cold foam (not whip cream.) My bacon Avocado toast had barely any bacon on it and little avocado spread. Over all not a very satisfying experience but I didn’t have time to stay and ask them to correct anything else. Employees also seemed to be moving slow and not really working together. Was already skeptical over the 3 star rating but yea if I happen to pass through again not coming back. Also Dunkin website seems to be broken to leave a review with their virtual assistant.

I placed my order on the mobile app. I got to Dunkin and waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before someone asked for my order. I get told that what I asked for wasn’t available despite the numerous signs advertising the items. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I asked for a refund which took another 10 minutes for a manger to assist and then she had no clue how to do it. They held my phone and credit card hostage while they tried to figure it out which I was very uncomfortable with. I asked to just give my cash since they seemed to it have a clue. This whole ordeal too well over 20 minutes with a slew of vehicles behind mine. Horrible horrible place. They are incompetent and if you don’t have items available then remove the signage!

The last good dunkin around here! The other ones are super tiny, have less donut options, and the parking is awful! I avoid going inside the other two. But the Newberry one, I will!

The morning crew is phenomenal here. Idk the woman’s name who is normally on the headset each morning but she’s so nice to me (but so is everyone else) and my drinks always taste amazing. You guys rock 🤩
