I placed my order on the mobile app. I got to Dunkin and waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before someone asked for my order. I get told that what I asked for wasn’t available despite the numerous signs advertising the items. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I asked for a refund which took another 10 minutes for a manger to assist and then she had no clue how to do it. They held my phone and credit card hostage while they tried to figure it out which I was very uncomfortable with. I asked to just give my cash since they seemed to it have a clue. This whole ordeal too well over 20 minutes with a slew of vehicles behind mine. Horrible horrible place. They are incompetent and if you don’t have items available then remove the signage!

The guy working the window, I believe his name is Kameron? Is one of the easiest people to get along with. I come very frequently, and he’s always got a good attitude and a friendly face. Makes the dunkin run worth it.

I Actually Love their Iced and Hot Mocha Lattes and their Croissant Stuffers, their Donuts and their Croissant Sandwiches and the new has browns are good too, just a bit Salty. Usually Super Busy, yet, the Service is still good, for how busy they are.
Ordered an iced latte and tasted like soap (wife agreed) so I had to throw it out. Thought of getting a replacement but was too disgusted to ask for a new one, and driving back wasn't worth it for the refund. I ordered it again the next day from a different Dunkin, and there was definitely something wrong with the one in this place.

No one greeted us when we came in! Manager counting money at register, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, 3 other employees walked by with NO acknowledgment! Girl came over from drive thru and asked if we have been help after 8 min standing there! You can do better!!!

I love Dunkin donuts and I go there every year to try to get my little league pins too. I love the fruitvale donuts I love donut holes. I don't get to buy these things too often because I don't have a lot of money but when I do I like to treat myself to Duncan's
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp to get up to the one that's in Newberry on 4th Street in loyal stock that one's all flat the one in Newberry has steps and a wheelchair ramp
