Jersey Mike's Subs

Bread was hard as rock. I spoke with the owner, and he said he was going to send me a free sub card it has been 3 weeks, and there is no card not a good way to treat a loyal customer here and thru out the country .

Thank you Jersey Mike's for helping me with my experience after I had the uncomfortable one before the gentleman today definitely handled the task at hand very good exactly dope people are good today. And I'm sure the sandwich is going to expire so thank you so much for reaching back out this is definitely a better experience today. ( Updated)

Yo I pulled up and ordered food I was created but was called him by a dude I'm a dude but I didn't appreciate that at all. I don't have any phobias of anyone or gender but I was caught off guard by that and I wasn't feeling to happy after leaving. But I hope my food taste better then that interaction thatade me uncomfortable for 1 seconds and changed my whole mood.

I hate saying a chain sub shop is the best in town, but this might be the best sub shop in town. They’re quick, reliable and tasty. Generous with the portions, the staff is friendly and prompt. They’re really efficient with take out orders and they’re almost always done early. They’re just really good, nothing negative to say about them.

Ordered a takeout delivery (through DoorDash) - Order arrived late (which is not Jersey Mike's fault) but on top of that, my cheesesteak was missing completely from the order (It wasn't even marked with sharpie on the receipt like the other items were to check them off)

The sub we got that did come was supposed to be provolone and swiss cheese and it literally had 1 piece of provolone on it and that's it.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Jersey Mike's! After leaving with my order that cost $25 for a small tuna on wheat bread only, no condiments, along with a tuna salad bowl with extra bacon extra cheese and extra onions. I had to repeat to the girl no extra bacon. When I arrived home, I thought back to how I literally watched this girl put a total onion on my salad, and literally, maybe two strips of bacon, and we won't even talk about the cheese! I subsequently called the store just now to find out what they considered extra bacon? And advised them that they gave me a whole onion! The girl that answered the phone was so rude I was shocked? She proceeded to ask me what exactly I was calling for? After I told her! Needless to say, I had to remiind her that I was the customer! So, I literally just hung up on her moments ago! I will not be visiting Jersey Mike's again! They suck! And by the way I agree with the other review about racists! I too was totally ignored when I first went into the store and stood there for a solid seven or so minutes before I was acknowledged! I almost left! And the guy was obviously the manager on duty as well and also proceeded to continue to talk to his coworker, that rude girl! Sounds like a pattern to me!

The last 3 times we came to Jersey Mike’s, we have had the same issues. Why would Jersey Mike’s go to the trouble with pushing their main selling point that they cut their meats & cheese fresh right in front of you (and they do) and serve the fresh cut meats & cheese’s on a stale hoagie roll!I hope that the owner realizes that the roll makes the sandwich!! Shame on Jersey Mike’s. Customers deserve much better than a wanna be hoagie.

I had the chicken bacon ranch sub which was very good. I love that they have a day every year when all money made is donated to charity!
