Very kind staff. Love them!
But I can't say the same for the pizza. It was disappointing.
The dough was too chewy: When you actually visit Napoli, you will find that their pizza is actually chewy...but in a good way (almost like freshly baked white bread). I think they were trying to mimic the original Italian style of pizza, but it did not work.
Amount of toppings: I got the 'Works' pizza and they were too...

I don't know why, but this location is better than the other one by the college. (Sorry!) Food is always good - wings, pizza, cheese fries, subs and full dinners - you never leave hungry!
