If you order take out, they will take advantage of you and give you old rice. My lunch for one person cost $25.00. I arrived at 2:03pm and they close at 2:30pm so the told me I could only have take out and they proceeded to give me dried up chicken wings and old Rice, Pictured below. This is the second time they have given me terrible rice with my take out. I called to complain and they are still doing it.

I stopped on my way through for work and couldn’t have been more impressed. I got the Kra Pao Gai Kai Dao and it was perfect. I also got the pork buns for an appetizer. Spice level was perfect and as expected. Very good!

I thought my waitress was really nice. She was really educated on gluten-free to make sure that I did not eat something that I was allergic to. I will say though that this is not the best Pad Thai I've ever had. It was pretty okay but it was definitely not something that I'd order again. The vegetables were a little weird. Other than that the edamame was cooked perfectly and I couldn't say anything bad about my experience overall. I most likely would come back here and try something else on the menu. I do love that they use cardboard instead of Styrofoam take out boxes.

We ate at Joy Thai last Evening for the first time in a while. Our food and service had not been good the time before but we decided to give them another try. So glad we did! Our food was delicious! We ordered the fruity shrimp appetizer, drunken noodle and Siam Mango Curry. Everything was yummy and the service was excellent! Will definitely be eating here again!

Food is great ?? Service very poor. I had ordered a coconut bubble tea today in which there were no bubbles but just mashed up black tapioca in the bottom. When I asked the waitress about this, she said "I purposely made it soft so it's not "too hard" for you". She later reluctantly asked, "Do you want me to make it again for you?" To which I agreed, and she showed an unhappy face. Sometime later, she brought out a small sample of the mashed up tapioca and said this is all that I have. Do you want me to make it again with this?". I refused and later asked her to just take away the drink (which she did unhappily). The waitress did not check in or ask us how the food was. Kind of sad that the service is like this when the rest of the food is delicious.
