Was just in there tonight and ordered my food ahead. Drove to the restaurant only to wait another 20 minutes. The people working were all over the place gabbing and goofing off instead of filling orders even with a full lobby. I finally got my food, drove home only to find out my Korean BBQ sandwiches were totally wrong!!! Plain chicken loaded with mayo. I can't stand mayo so there was no chance I was eating them. Tried to call the restaurant but the phone goes right to a voice mail that isn't set up.

Wow! Went to KFC for lunch and to pick up gift cards. I only got the gift cards and went elsewhere for lunch due to the drama. The blue hair lady was rude. She kept telling everyone she had no help because the drive thru gal went to the restroom. She complained constantly that employees should not be allowed to use the restroom during lunch hour. There was no urgency to get orders out or help the customers at the counter. No thanks, I won't be back. I'll stick with Popeyes.

I been in Williamsport since 2019 and when I say I only ate here maybe 4 times the whole time I been living here. But babbbbby today I got uber eats like a half an hour ago and the food was definitely top tier! Despite I was missing some few items with the 3 piece combo meal the chicken and biscuit made up for it🤣🤣🤣🤣 true big girl status but the chicken was fresh and crispy and the biscuits were fresh and had the exact right amount of buttermilk. Ima bout to start getting more food from y’all around this time! Also y’all boss need to give y’all something because me and my family was hype!

Absolutely disappointed for my 40 dollar mini meal of dried up what looked kinda like chicken not so sure couldn't chew it , fries so salty couldn't eat them, place went to crap explains why thier are never cars in the parking highly not recommended save your money eat elsewhere..

Wife ordered a combo ahead, waited 45 mins for food after I got there. Also added a walk-in order when I got there, got that in 10 minutes.
