I went to drive through to order food with no drinks but they still rang up my order as combos minus a drink taking off $1 so they could charge me more why can they not ring up the food individually a la carte
I placed an order on kfc app ahead of time. We got there told them we had an order and they told us pull ahead to the window. We then sat at the window for 20 minutes, nobody came to us a single time. Someone finally came and gave us our food. It was cold and soggy. Not even gonna eat this now honestly very disappointed I usually don’t have an issue.

Ordered for 9:30 ahead of time on the app. I get there at 9:30. Inside is closed. Go through drive through and they tell me to take a park space out front. Wait until 9:50 for it to be done. Missing all 4 Sauces we ordered. Mashed potatoes had no gravy. Big waste of time and money. Wasn’t even a wait or line. Took long for the fun of it I guess

I went through the drive thru and was the only patron… I had ordered a fill up meal and a children’s meal. Got out of line, and the order had 2 extra large fries, and sandwich and a bowl… I have 2 small children and couldn’t go back into the store to get a corrected order… waste of money sadly. Food that my child won’t eat…
Ordered for pick up a few hours in advance. Food took 35 minutes past our set pick up time even with it having been ordered in advance. Food was decent but there is no excuse for that kind of delay with an advance order.

the chicken is good but half the time the order is wrong and they don't prioritize advance orders. Like a few minutes after your order time, fine. But 30 minutes after you ordered it for? What the hell? Get Popeyes instead if you can.
Was decent
Very quick, quit generous customer service as well good food and drink , dinning area is clean well kept, sodas / drinks were stocked very tasteful. My order was the 7.00$ bowl with mashed potatoes,gravy,corn & balls of chicken, side of strawberry dessert Drink was the new mountain Dew flavor ( peach ) very good .well done crew 💯%

Sat in the drive through for 30 min in drive through, caught attitude and No one acted like they wanted to be working. Then when I went to ask about barbque sauce they closed the drive though window in my face, I had to beep the horn 4 times before anyone came back and got more attitude.

Was just in there tonight and ordered my food ahead. Drove to the restaurant only to wait another 20 minutes. The people working were all over the place gabbing and goofing off instead of filling orders even with a full lobby. I finally got my food, drove home only to find out my Korean BBQ sandwiches were totally wrong!!! Plain chicken loaded with mayo. I can't stand mayo so there was no chance I was eating them. Tried to call the restaurant but the phone goes right to a voice mail that isn't set up.
