I swear every time we go through the drive thru we never get our whole order. We spend a lot of money because we actually like this restaurant but we never get our whole order in the drive thru. Plus you have to literally go all the way back if you want what your missing because they never answer there phone. I’d say management there is useless.

Went in today to the the management was cussing at the employees obviously pushing them over the edge, the atmosphere was tight, everyone’s nerves on edge it was extremely busy but that doesn’t mean take it out on eachother, the boy in the front was trying his best through it and some of the employees in the back, two of the managers think their name was Deliah and Jennifer were yelling and swearing at customers/employees, very unacceptable very disrespectful and not how to run a business.

Went in and grabbed a mashed potato bowl and was met with a great smile and wonderful customer service. I believe her name is Jen. Her service was a nice part to the end of a long day.

I stopped going to KFC years agofelt quality was slipping ..Work crew requested KFC today so we went BIG on order - I was wonderfully amazed how damn delicious the food was - possibly the best fries I ever had!Chicken & Chicken Nuggets were devoured quickly - the Brownie was only $5 extra and crispy on outside soft on inside enough for all and again Delish! Everyone was also pleasantly surprised that the fountain sodas tasted better than anywhere we stop for Friday Lunch !We will be back at you next Friday KFC with a bigger groupYou guys are doing something right !
