We had a great dinner this Friday evening. Food was hot and delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Gotta love the storewide slippery floor.....GREASE RULES!!!!!!
1/8/26 horrible experience this afternoon. We ordered on the app and arrived after the time it should be done. Enter the store and there was no food in the pickup area. I had to stand there for at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and then they said they were just starting the order It took over 10 minutes for the food to be ready making it over 20 minutes late. We then went home to eat. The chicken was so small that I wouldn't even call it a chicken finger let alone a plank and the breading was mushy and cold. The waffle fries were absolutely horrible I could hardly choose them. At least the hush puppies were decent. This was our first time going back since the restaurant burnt and I don't believe we'll be doing it again for quite some time.

This was one of my favorite places to eat. The workers were always amazing and down to earth. BUT MY ENTIRE FAMILY & FRIENDS CIRCLE is about to start a picket line in the parking up to reopen ( jokingly) when !!?? When are u coming back? THIS IS MY MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE!

Although I love Long John Silver's, I don't ever have to eat at this location again. It's run down, which I can overlook, but it wasn't very clean. The service was mediocre, fries were cold, and there was a hair in the chicken coating.

Paid over 18 bucks plus tax (over 20) for what amounted to a greasy fish stick, chicken fry, pinch of French fries, three lumps of greasy fried dough and a soda. Wasn’t hungry when I was done, only because I felt ill. Had I taken the wife and my two kids it would have been about $100. Of course I would have simply left and spent 30 at Taco Bell for sadly superior food. Not to mention the roof leaked all over me and my food. I could see that the staff was embarrassed so not on them, and seldom is. 99% of restaurants in the worst hoods are in better repair. It should have a nautical theme, but this has all the hallmarks of a shipwreck. If you value your health or wallet, steer well clear. I will never return. Put it out of its misery or rebuild while 1-2 ppl still have fond memories. Corporate greed/neglect at its very finest.

One star simply because the place is dirty as hell. My girlfriend and I stopped in there to eat Saturday afternoon and now I see why we were the only ones there. The tables with dirty, no cleaned so she picked the cleanest table which wasn't even clean. The floors were disgusting as well. The food was good but place needs a good cleaning. There was a lady working the cash register and a young male working the food, for the most part the lady just stood there instead of cleaning the place for customers. This was on 10-26-2024

They used to be good back in the day but anymore the food is getting smaller,harder and the price went way up.they need to change the oil.the hushpuppies was so hard couldn't bite into them and the inside was all oily,piece of chicken was about the size of your pointer finger,this place going down hill
