I get McDonald's alot all over the state via the mobile app.
This McDonald's has gotten my order wrong more often than not. I order a sausage egg and cheese bagel meal for breakfast. Not anything fancy. I've gotten bacon. Steak. And just egg. I'm Normally on my way to work so I just grab the food and go and once I get to my office I'm highly disappointed by the wrong order.
They don't check your order regardless if they read it off to you. Check your order.

Food was quick and just what you'd expect from a mc donalds,(on a good day) store was clean and everyone was good, good for a quick stop and close enough to the main drag for a stop during travel

Had the freshest McDonald's food ever 😳 Also the manager, that we could overhear speaking in the back, was wonderful. Excellent communication with staff and very professional. No idea of her name or what she looked like but sounded like a younger woman.

Will never go to this mc ds again. Very much rude workers and gives cold food, refuses to heat up and refuses a refund. I’ve been to plenty mc ds and this one is by far the worst.

I have a couple of McDonald restaurants nearby and I go to 2. Both are stating here over the past few weeks that their Frappa machine is down or being cleaned. I am understanding of this, but when I call and ask before driving to the restaurant if the machine is working only to get there and be told it isn't working is super frustrating. Plus I've ordered on the app and had to be refunded because the machine is not working. Keeps me from being able to use the app coupon at a possible other location. I've lost over 10.00 from coupons I haven't been able to use. The locations I use are in Williamsport Pa, on Lycoming Creek Rd and Muncy Pa, Lycoming Mall Rd. Thank you.

McDonald’s prices are too high for the quality and service offered.
It’s a once every month or two that we go. Went for breakfast this morning. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to go ask what the delay was. There was our food, just waiting on one item. Once we got it, none of it was hot.
So, never again. So long. Not worth it at all.

Wrong order given, terrible service and fries that tasted old with burgers that were slapped together. Couldn't even eat it, they don't care it's McDonalds. Pick up dog crap and eat it. Probable be better than what they have at this location

Ordered the BBQ Bacon Double QPC - no bacon, less than a teaspoon of BBQ (I just don’t know how you mess this up. It’s a specialty sandwich. You have to be trained on it before its launch on menu…..) Don’t bother ever asking for extra pickle because you will literally NEVER get it. I’m honestly tired of this whole place. No matter time of day NOTHING is right.
