Nothing like using a restroom before you order your meal and having a female employee drop a duce during flu season and return to the kitchen to cook without washing hands first. That was a huge nope for me. Walked out and left.. Burger King got my business.. Do better McDonald's, do better.

Went to drive thru for a Mc double meal and after several minutes, they never gave me all the food, and my drink was wrong. Try to avoid this Mc Donald’s.

Now I've been to hundreds of different McDonald's across the country and this location was the worst by FAR. Stopped in on way to a lacrosse tournament and went inside. Walked up to register and waited approximately 10 min literally before someone came to take our order. Now mind you there were 13 employees working behind the counter and 75% of them were talking and doing nothing. I ordered 2 spicy mc chicken sandwiches. Waited another 10 min to get those. When the came it was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was dry, bun was saturated with mayonnaise and I mean really way to much and pictures to prove. Sandwiches were terrible. Left as soon as could and went across street the Hellers and got a nice chicken sandwich. Seriously the price McDonald's is changing and quality they are serving is disgraceful. We didn't want to even say anything because that would have been even more time wasted. Anyone looking for good food, go to Hellers right across the street as they were quicker and the food was far better.

if you like to constantly have your order be inconsistent and the staff act like you are an inconvenience for being here, this is the place for you. waited for what felt like forever as well as other customers and got crappy looks from employees working, no one was paying attention to the counter where people were waiting, etc. they do not care and it shows. on top of this ive had an incident here where i found a piece of someone’s hair cooked INTO what i was gonna eat so i’m not too sure why i even bothered coming back but clearly there was no need given the same sub par experience. and for the honorable mention, one of the so called “managers” on line has posted themselves smoking in the bathroom on the internet, like really?

Getting someone’s attention inside is a crapshoot if you don’t want to use the kiosk. On the drive-thru side, I’ve never actually gotten my item at the window, it’s always “go to reserve # please”. Doesn’t matter what you get, you’re going to have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes in the reserve spot. And then you’ll have to go in anyway when they mess up your order. Food is standard McD’s. I go here because of my wife, if not for her, would never come here.

This McDonald's has gotten my order wrong more often than not. I order a sausage egg and cheese bagel meal for breakfast. Not anything fancy. I've gotten bacon. Steak. And just egg. I'm Normally on my way to work so I just grab the food and go and once I get to my office I'm highly disappointed by the wrong order.
They don't check your order regardless if they read it off to you. Check your order.
