Amazing food and the owners are fantastic! Caring deeply about their business and customers
Delicious authentic Mexican food, always wonderful service, and very relaxed atmosphere. One of the owners always seen out on the serving floor politely checking in with customers - with a smile and a kind word.
I have been coming to this restaurant since its inception (i2004 - if memory serves me right). It’s been really lovely to watch their business grow as well as their beautiful family! A wonderful and positive addition to the Williamsport community!! Keep it up! We’ll be back to the Hacienda soon!!

Easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Williamsport - maybe anywhere. The female owner is outrageously rude, defensive and dismissive. The wait staff is untrained and unhelpful.
Thirty min wait for chips, salsa and guacamole - an underage girl struggling to make margaritas, using canned jalapeños?!? Then actual demanding payment for three messed up drinks?!?
I would strongly recommend you never dine here, this place is terrible.

Keyboard warrior? There is that defensiveness… The owners have decided to respond, so- I did complain to you directly, “Mae” I complained multiple times, so I’m not sure why you’re acting surprised. You were obscenely rude and ended up telling us you didn’t want to serve us…
You asked if there was problem with the three full margaritas on the table and I explained each was made incorrectly. You asked what the problem was with the drinks - I explained that I’d asked your daughter for a margarita and got a glass full of mixer. I asked her if you had fresh Limes and jalapeños - to which she said yes. I asked for a double of Patron in a small glass over ice with a slice of lime and fresh jalapeños / IF you had them. She returned with a small glass filled to the top with mixer. I explained again, I wanted no mixer and repeated my drink instructions and she returned with a small glass, full of margarita mix and this time canned jalapeños. All three glasses sat at the table untouched the entire time…
You actually said yourself your daughter wasn’t yet 21 and didn’t really know how to make mixed drinks yet..,
You huffed, asking “what else is wrong?” I replied its been thirty minutes and we’ve only gotten chips and wrong drink orders - to which you bemoaned that you were short staffed. I replied that was obvious, and asked when would we get our meal? You said it hadn’t even been started yet so we should probably just go. You then flippantly left a bill for for over $60 for three untouched drinks and mediocre chips.
Now I really want you to read this part - the lack of food, poor service and lack of experience from your daughter were not the problem, I may have tried coming back. It was you, Mae - your rudeness, your behavior is what what made me post this review and tell all my friends and family about my experience. You’re rude, short tempered and a bad host. Good luck!

The Seafood enchiladas lacked flavor and substance for the price I had very little shrimp and very little flavor. The seafood quesadilla on the other hand were very flavorful and full of shrimp

This place is awesome! The pina coladas were so delicious and creamy, and I loved their rice and beans. Chips and salsa were also excellent, and the service was great. Will definitely be returning
