I grew up on Pizza Hut like many other people, it was always my favorite. This location is so terribly inconsistent when it comes to the quality of the food, I won’t give them my money anymore. I’d recommend Domino’s or Papa John’s in the area instead.

horrid experience. forgot half of our order, told us it’d be a few more minutes. 25 minutes later i stood up and lady at the counter acknowledged me. yelled back and asked for my missing item. worker back there proceeds to say “well they can wait longer.” half our pizza wasn’t burnt. counter worker was downright rude to customers.

We were traveling. We ordered a pizza and the young lady who took our order did not ask us if we were eating in or taking out. We sat down and she brought our pizza in a box. My husband got two plates and we were eating. There was not anyone else in the restaurant. She said you cannot eat here as you ordered to go. We said we did not order to go as you did not ask us and we left a 20% tip. She made us eat in our car and stood at the window with another employee looking at us obviously thinking it was funny. It was the rudest service ever and I am in my sixties.

We used the Pizza Hut app. I don't recommend it! It would NOT work 3 attempts in a row. So I used door dash... that worked great. No issues... However, 1 of the pizza hut app magically after 3 rejections, 1 went through, we received the food on the front steps, and was charged again. Don't use the app ?
After talking to many, the problem was resolved. Much praise to the evening manager making calls and pursuing the best outcome thank you. The money was refunded. Thankfully! No one has throw away money, even $43.

We don’t get pizza from Pizza Hut much anymore and it’s definitely gone downhill over the years. However, the last few times we have, the food itself has been pretty good from this location, and service is decent. It could be because of the time we order - it’s never during a rush hour. But I’m not sure if they have rush hours anymore because the parking lot is always desolate. The modern renovation made it look pretty dreary and there’s no personality to it, but every chain has been been doing that. Peeking back into the kitchen when I’ve been there for takeout, it does look pretty dirty - they didn’t remodel the kitchen at all. They could definitely take on a deep clean behind the scenes because I’m not sure if it was residue buildup on the walls or mold. That being said, I still don’t hate their product once in awhile.

Mixed bag review here. The new tavern style pizzas are honestly amazing and I love it. Honestly why I keep coming. But I got some boneless wings, which I’ve done before from there, but I got the end of bag it seemed because they were the tiniest nuggets I’ve ever seen. Real chicken nuggets are bigger. Also I got mild sauce, which I’ve gotten before, and I swear to God that these were not mild. I had to slam so much milk. When I got there, a few people were in line but seemed to be taken care of. There also were a handful of tables not being waited on? They seemed to be waiting for sure. When I checked out, one person helped me and seemed confused about me picking up my order. Idk she thought I was door dash. But there were like 20 people in the kitchen just waiting around lil oven that keeps the food warm. One person checking out and maybe two people making pizza. The rest were chatting and laughing. Why were there that many people on the schedule lol

Went in to have dinner with my family… the poor waitress was running around the dining room (serving, placing orders and checking people out) while 4 people were making pizzas while literally standing on top of each other and they were tripping over each other . We waited for over 10 minutes to pay for our bill while they just watched while the line grew longer. Not one of the kitchen staff stopped to offer help to the poor waitress or even assist with checking people out! This was the first and last time I visit this Pizza Hut! You allowing the waitress to become this overwhelmed was ridiculous!! Oh and to ridicule and talking to the waitress like she was trash in front of customers is truly unprofessional and really shows what yall think of your staff!! Our waitress was truly wonderful but the rest of the grumpy and unhappy staff made it a very unpleasant visit
