Ordered through Popeye’s mobile app & I was told they are out of classic chicken that I paid $30 for… offered my tenders instead, but when I tried to cancel the order, I was told that Popeye’s can not cancel the order, even though I ordered delivery on their app. :( Very poor customer service! I’m stuck with something I did not order.

Inconsistency on service quality or portion size. I had a few visits to this one before posting and been to several Popeyes in other states.
1. I received a significantly minimal amount of rice and beans that barely hit the halfway mark on the small container one day when other times you fill them virtually to the brim like about all other popeyes I’ve seen do.
2. A few times I had not received a spicy variation and gave benefit of the doubt except 1 time when I had a friend confirm I was crystal clear about ordering spicy and even saw it on the order screen.
Just seems like someones not following up making sure the customer wants spicy or not because it’s noticeable when the lack of flavor in regular hits. Kudos to the employee who always asks if a employee wants regular or spicy. Avoid this and severely shorting the sides and you’ll be good

This was my first time eating at a Popeye's. I've been wanting to try it since the first time I watched Little Nicky. I am very happy to find it did not disappoint. Absolutely loves the fries and biscuit too.

I would give less than a star if I could. After shopping I stopped at Popeyes to get chicken for supper. Pulled up to order, no one took my order, pulled around side of building, no one came to window. This is the second time this has happened to me. There won’t be a third

1st time at popeyes and no flavor to chicken plan breading, biscuits were bad hard on bottom Mac cheese and fries good. Just go to kfc across the street is my suggeestion

Staff got my order wrong, I went back twice to ask them to fix it. I ordered bone-in chicken and tenders with biscuit, coleslaw and fries. The bag they handed me only had the bone-in chicken, ranch and fries. I showed the staff the contents of the bag and the receipt but instead of helping me out and admitting they made a mistake, she said, “we’re not doing this today.”
I went back TWO times but instead of fixing it, they turned me away. TERRIBLE STAFF AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.

It is usually a wait for the food, but employees are nice. The employee at the front end named Mohammed is very nice and patient.
Good food with very very fast service. Would recommend for a snack or quick meal.

The people that work here absolutely go above & beyond. If you order on the app, you can’t customize chicken, so I have to call in & they always make sure I get what I need & are VERY nice about it! Exceptional customer service here with good food!

All the food was not hot. Fries were soggy like they were old. The chicken was like it had been sitting for too long, not freshly cooked. Not a good experience.I threw most this food out🙁
