Twice now Didn't get all of my order. Same guy working the drive through. Asked if I had sauce in the bag for my family tenders git home. None.. no drink , no straws no sauce.. called he put me on hold and left the phone off the hook.. if it weren't 30 miles to drive back I would've wanted my money back..

Good Food, Same generic atmosphere as most fast food restaurants. One thing I will give my local Popeyes is that the food is always hot and fresh compared to other fast food places.

Went in to order and pay with a gift card. Gentleman took my order. Very nice. Card wouldn’t read. A lady came over and asked if the card was bought at the store. I didn’t know. She said it’s been an issue. I HAVE USED THE CARD AT THIS LOCATION PREVIOUSLY. I asked if they could key the card, they use verifone for card processing so imagined yes. She said no. She stood there being absolutely no assistance. She cleared the payment and EXPECTED me to pay with my other card. I told her I didn’t want my order and left. As leaving she was mouthing that it’s not their fault. Might not have been but the point is I wanted to use the gift card and have been helped a little more. Maybe there was nothing she could do. Now I fear I have a useless card and a local location that is of no help.

Chicken sandwich was ok. I truly like Chick-fil-A better.
Never give out biscuits and the complete order this is the worst Popeyes in the world! Then they act as if they pay for your food wen u let the know u didn’t get all ur foodAnd the assistant GM is beyond disrespectful and don’t know how to take matters into her own hands! Butter and honey but no biscuits.

Ok so got there says don't open till 1030 so I sit and wait since was only 15 minutes. As I sit there I watch employees sit and talk outside while a couple stroll in just few minutes before opening time. Well 1030 comes I pull up to drive through and what do I hear over the intercom? Sorry but there's going to be a 15 minute wait before can serve food. Ok last time I checked opening time means you are ready to serve food not the time your employees just turn on the fryers.

I think this is my new favorite fast food lunch place. I came here to pick up food for DoorDash and Uber Eats and the workers seem to really love what they do, especially the manager. She’s so upbeat and happy.I had never tried the food before so I stopped there today and everything was delicious. I like the flavor of the fries…and they were super crispy too.I ate there for dinner too and I got some nuggets. They were tender and crispy. And the guy who brought both meals out to my car says the cutest “sorry” ever. lol bless him.Thank you ?
